Continuously the worst pharmacy that there is. There is always a line. They are always short staffed. They do not care about anyone. I went in for a vaccine WITH an appointment. They took care of someone else who didn’t have an appointment and who arrived 30 minutes after me first. I signed in through the QR code and they said I also had to tell them I was here. THATS WHAT THE QR CODE IS FOR.

It was my first time ever going to this Walgreens. I had just come from the er due to eye laceration. Upon my arrival, you can tell it was pretty busy. Unfortunately, the pharmacy did not carry the medication I was prescribed , but they did have another similar to that . But it could not be given to me until the doctor was able to change the prescription. I try to get ahold of the hospital. But they said the pharmacy had to call the doctor. They had sent out a fax, but they received or responded?Meanwhile, my pain was getting stronger. The pharmacist that was in charge actually went out of his way and called the hospital and notified him that there was an alternative. I wanted to say thank you for caring for their customers and for going
above and beyond . I can not be happier with the service they provided

It's always a nightmare coming here and waiting in a 30+ minute line. They clearly need more than 2 pharmacists at a time but the company does not care about their customers and the service they receive. I dread coming here every time.

I had to buy something for my Knee a support and Ankle Brace. I am so very grateful for the Services I received very Helpful and I really needed that help because I was in so much pain that night!!!!!I thank God for everyone who helped me in the Store.

Incompetent and rude employees. Pharmacist has an attitude and employees gave my FedEx package to someone else. I was in line to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist said “next in line, let’s get the line moving” as if I was holding up the line. I stepped forward the moment the last person left so I don’t know why she had attitude. On top of that they gave my FedEx package away to someone else, and this was a package that required a signature. Fortunately that person returned it a few days later, but both FedEx and the employees here failed to notify me the item was returned even though I left them my contact information for the missing item report, and the manager assured me that they will contact me about the status of my package. I only found out from FedEx that the item was returned when I filed an insurance claim with them. Just avoid this Walgreens for any reason.

Their pharmacy line seems to have gotten a lot faster in the last 2 months. I used to wait 30+ minutes, stuck in line unless I went with someone. Now I can go alone and not feel like my time has been sucked up pointlessly. One of the pharmacy techs is very pretty, I always hope she is who helps me...

Some guy answered my call around 4:30am (Tuesday) with a horrible attitude! I was only calling to ask a cpl questions about something important! Apparently that was too much work for him to answer 2 or 3 questions! VERY RUDE PHARMACY GUY OMG HIRE BETTER STAFF WALGREENS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the most inefficient and disorganized pharmacy department I've ever experienced. If you have no other choices, think again before sending prescriptions here. Long waits, incompetent staff and a general attitude of "you want me to do what?" Customer service is nonexistent here. In addition I've seen the security guards in action more than a few times. If it wasn't the closest pharmacy to my office, I'd never set foot inside this miserable excuse for a business.

This pharmacy gave me anxiety after coming here. The Pharmacy team here gave me the incorrect prescription and did not want to take blame for their mistake. I had to call Walgreens Customer Service Department to place a formal complaint because the Pharmacy Manager did not want to assist with receiving the complaint, nor give me his name when asking for it. I am currently injured and on Disability due to work injury and this pharmacy team needs to be held accountable. Please double check their work when dropping off or picking up and report when this happens immediately! The Pharmacy team needs to be retrained and Pharmacy Manager needs to be held accountable for their mistake. I am scared their mistake will affect my health long term.

Usually don't post reviews, but I was especially shocked at my experience here. I came by a few months back looking for a specific medicine. I was unsure if it was by prescription only, and decided it wouldn't hurt to ask.I walked up to the pharmacy counter and held up my phone with the name of the medicine, asking if the pharmacy carried it, and if I needed a prescription for it. The man who attended me had a rude demeanor from the start, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. At no point was I pushy or difficult. However, he continued to be demeaning, and I left the store feeling humiliated.Considering the fact that these pharmacists deal with SICK PEOPLE, I do not understand why an employee would insist on being even more cruel, rude, or impatient. Those in the medical field need even more patience than any other field. I entered the store very vulnerable as I was new to my medical issue, and was in a lot of pain and discomfort. I did not need this treatment from such a short, pointless interaction. Sincerely hope the employees get what's coming to them, after reading several other reviews.Also, lines are always so long. And I've never had an extreme encounter with security, but they are definitely suspicious of any living being that walks through those doors. Lay off, seriously. Tldr: rude pharmacist

The only positive thing about this Walgreens is they're open 24 hours. They have some of the least helpful employees and while I don't blame them because some customers can be really rude, at most places if you're told 'No' it is usually followed up by another option or alternatives or just ANY helpful additional info. Every time I've come to use their Fed Ex services it's always a disappointment. Try CVS for your 24 hour needs, I know I will now.
