One of his employees treated my mother very badly. She asked him if he could help her read a bottle of vitamin, and he told her that she wasn't harassing him, because he wasn't there to help her. Let it go with another employee. It was horrible ?? it broke my heart when he told me. She took a photo of the man, they told her his name was Fidel. I prefer to leave it to the public's discretion.

this might be a little embarrassing but i've been to this location before so i was well aware that they had vibrators in stock. I wanted to call and ask if they were in stock before ordering just make sure and to double check and the worker who picked up the phone said that I could find it up my ass. Which i found extremely disrespectful considering the fact that they do sell them here and I felt embarrassed asking in person. You guys need to normalize stuff like this and let your employees know that behavior like this is extremely rude.

this walgreens has the worst customer service employees lacks product knowledge, they low on staff there is usually one person at register and at pharmacy desk the wait is more then 20 min in line . some have attitude problems. i guess thats what CVS is for meh

Phone service says they do passport services at this branch. When asked the lady at the counter looks at me like I'm speaking a different language and quickly shoosh me off for the next customer.

Low rating regarding recent experiences at the pharmacy: Judith speaks to customers in both Spanish and English with such condescending tones -- blaming everything on "corporate" and not providing a solution when this is what customers aka people who have health problems who need prescription medicine rely on providers for. Generally: The regular staff are great hence not 1 star. They keep the line moving in the front, which can get long. CVS vs Walgreens: Walgreens doesn't seem as bad as CVS, where I have seen literally only one associate working. And the lone working CVS staff member has to alternate between managing the "self check-out" and folks in the regular line. So Walgreens over CVS at least.

I can’t believe what happened today I went today with my 4 year old to shop here at Walgreens on breed st my daughter wanted to use the restroom it was an emergency and I told the cashier worker if she could use the restroom he said NO. So me and my daughter went away to look for a restroom but it was to late she poopoo on her pants

The pharmacy is horrible. I've had multiple issues with getting medications on a timely manner. They do not put the patient/customer first. You definitely have to vouch for yourself to make sure your medications are correctly processed and give to you. They will not call, update, or do anything if it adds more work to their schedules. Dropped a prescription off in person Tuesday and was told it would be ready next day. I called next day for an update and was told they didn't have any update on any medications. Explained my drop off, and was transferred to a male pharmacist who told me they have the medications but they attempted to reach my doctors office (with contact info on prescription I dropped off) and were getting a no answer as if the office was closed... i guess they didn't think to call me or ask for an alternate number until I called the next day for an update? Please go somewhere else! - a concerned pregnant woman who is dependent on receiving her medication in a timely manner.

Waited 40 minutes to get my walk in vaccine and they said appointment only. On the website it states same day vaccines and walk ins available. This is unbelievable and there's no order. Also everything is one line, there's 3 workers there and everything moves at a snails pace. Terrible, absolutely terrible. They could have at least placed a sign saying appointments only, apparently that's too difficult to do.

While I hate to give out negative reviews, I feel like it is my duty to accurately report and warn folks of extremely lacking customer service and of a place that I highly would not recommend. While I can overlook the lacking parking situation, us being in Los Angeles and all, what I cannot overlook is multiple instances of downright rude and abusive customer service. Every time I've been here to the pharmacy, despite the fact that there are two windows and two signs for two separate lines, I've been scolded and told there is only one line. After checking in I've had to wait for at least 40 minutes regardless of how many folks were there, and again scolded when asking about the status of my prescriptions. I honestly believe that every time you ask, because you've been waiting a long time, they make you wait a little bit longer even if it's their fault that they forgot your prescription or your appointment. Unless you've got a lot of time to kill and don't mind folks being really rude to you, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! SWITCHING SOON!! The etiquettes of the pharmacy employees are horrible.Every time I go pick up medication for my mom I receive rude customer service. I always go home wondering what I did to deserve such horrible service but it's not me it's the employees. I've confirmed from other customers. I'm not that person to tell people what to do but if an employee has a hard time giving great customer service they should not be working in this field. Especially the medicine field where people often go in pain to pickup medication just to get attitude from the pharmacist especially Judith. ( I won't get into my experience with her it's too long and upsetting). I also hate how long the line is. There's no such thing as speed pick up . It's the SAME LINE. There's only one pickup booth. It takes about 30-40 minutes to pick up your medication and someone always has to approve your release of medication to takes another 10-20 min sometimes. FIND ANOTHER WALGREENS OR PHARMACY TO GO TO. P.S I've always had great experiences with the regular staff in the front check out. always nice and courteous. Pharmacy needs training.
