I have been a loyal customer of this market for over 15 years and absolutely love it. The prices here are significantly cheaper than those at Ralph's across the street. For example, I came to buy an ice cream that Ralph's sells for $10, but at Vons, it costs less than $3—what a deal!
However, I recently had an unfortunate experience with the night staff. There was a young cashier who overcharged me. He rang up the ice cream at $7 each when the price was clearly marked as $3.50. I pointed this out to him, but he checked the wrong place and insisted that I wasn't cooperating. He claimed the promotion didn't apply to my purchase, which was incorrect. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.
Thankfully, Valerie, the manager, handled the situation exceptionally well. She listened to both sides and remained neutral, insisting that we stop arguing so she could help. She accompanied me to check the price, and even she was surprised to see that I had been overcharged. Her respectful and fair approach resolved the issue efficiently. Valerie's excellent customer service is a stark contrast to the behavior of the cashier, whose actions seemed discriminatory.
Overall, Vons is a great place to shop, but the night staff's conduct needs improvement to ensure long-time customers like myself continue to feel valued and respected.

Today I had a terrible experience I always go and buy groceries at this store located on Vermont and 3rd, I wanted to buy gift cards I talked to a lady named Rosio she said she was a supervisor, I didn't believe her. Her attitude was terrible I was waiting for long there because she was helping another lady, when it was my turn I told her that I need some gift cards and she was rude she told me that next time I have to go and grabbed it my self and paid with the cashier because there was only for money orders.before I bought gift cards there and the cashier sold it to me she didn't make a complaint .I want to get the gift card with her because I don't trust in the ones you have around the store. This people should not be working in these place. I am saying this because I am a server and the company I work for give their employees customer service classes,this lady Rosio needs some of these classes.

Staples, such as canned goods, fresh produce, frozen food, and even fast foods and Deli items are available.
Most VONS offer parking (free) on premises unless that VONS is within a Mall or similar areas that charge for parking.
VONS, let me tell’ya, will be around a WHOLE LOT LONGER than I will.
If you go to VONS, find out if they carry DODGER DOGS. I love those!

Sometimes I'm shopping here, but something really unpleasant happened today. I was so surprised and offended by the rudeness of the employee who works at the self-pay place. I was asking where the basket? and he said “Fock why you came so close and talked.”The manager came to the situation and i explained to manager . Manager doesn’t care it. She just said “basket is over there “worker , manager seemed so rude. Anyway it wasn't a big deal. So I was going to stop and buy food and vegetables before leaving, but the employee asked me to stick to the parking lot because it's 8 o'clock when work ends. He wants to fight me. And I told the manager again that the employee told me this. As a person who's never experienced anything like this before, I was really disgusted and angry. The response of not apologizing and saying nothing happened made you even angrier. I'm not going to go back to Bonce again.

I am pretty sure there are scammers operating in this Vons parking lot. Beware! A man approached me telling me I had to pay to park in the parking lot (even though I was going to Vons). They said they were associated with Vons and rent out the parking lot for people who are going to the bars next door? Seemed suspicious and not legit. They said they will tow cars that don't pay...

I've been using this store around 3 years after move near area. Today had a some special experience so I would like to sharing about it.
Parking - Excellent. Plenty space to parking , Have a EV station.
Product - The quality is good, various prices and discount for membership. I love it.
Service - I think this is a problem in this branch. Most of staffs are very kind and professional. But rarely some Staff/Cashier have a bad attitude, unprofessional and today I met one of them.
Her name is Jasmin, No word while my product scanning and cashier. No words indeed. I said 'Hi' 'I have a total 5 cokes' Thank you' but she doesn't say anything. Jesus...Jasmin, I think you shouldn't be there. Please find another job for your life. This is wasted time. We're human with emotion not a cashier machine.
