What didn't seem good to me was that they never reminded me that my medication was ready...I went twice and it still wasn't there and then I was left waiting for a call or message from them...until I went again almost 5 days after seeing my doctor...

A good Vons. However, the corporation as a whole is VERY expensive. Ralphs is cheaper, Food 4 Less even cheaper, Target cheaper the the rest. Walmart (the cheapest BUT tired of calling customer service about the poor quality of their Great Value store brand (i.e., precut frozen fruit not one but TWO cherries in the bag still had pits inside that could have cost me thousands of dollars in dental work for a broken tooth). Walmart not worth it.

tried to get my booster here. one of the Pharmacists said to my friend that steroids isn't an immunosuppressant (it is) and turned away my other friend despite having an immunocompromised state (we had to look stuff up on the CDC website and they absolutely qualified to take the booster) just avoid bc it was a tiring experience. I got my shot but only because I had to disclose my diagnosis bc she didnt believe I was immunocompromised

Absolutely terrible service from Rosie. She was ringing up my groceries and snapped at me, acted as if I was an Asian immigrant who didn't know English. Completely unacceptable. Even the people in line gave a confused face as she snapped at me for not knowing how a conveyor belt and bags worked. One of the customers near me even said they didn't know what her problem was. I go here frequently for my grocery shopping but if I'm going to be spoken to condescendingly like that, I'd rather avoid the insults and Asian hate. Hope management actually takes care of this.

It's much cleaner than the Ralphs across the street. When you enter it doesn't feel as chaotic as the surrounding area is. Although i wouldn't recommend the sandwich making department. I ordered two subs and they didn't have any other type of bread (there's like 7 options) aside from plain, and the employee got the orders mixed up after toasting them.

I would give 5 stars to the employees and especially to the lady who does the intercom messages about the self-checkooooout. You are all the best, and somehow chill day after day. at busy 3rd and Vermont. The store is well-stocked and the musak is usually on point too. Lines aren't too bad, and the baggers are good. However, the store has slowly increased the amount of toiletry items locked behind plexiglass, inconveniencing paying customers like me, and preventing down on their luck people from shoplifting essential items like toothpaste, mouthwash, and shampoo. As a result of the inconvenience of the new locked items, I no longer buy these items at Vons... it's grocery only now. The employees have too much else to do to service the button in a timely fashion, especially during stocking times. Management should keep in mind they make EVERY customer feel like a criminal with the locked cases. Eat the losses and let poor moms feed their babies. Let me buy mouthwash without waiting 5 minutes.

This is an OK Vons located in Korea town to Los Angeles. It has the Starbucks and a Bank inside which is nice. The bank is even open on Sundays which I thought was very interesting. They have Security on hand which at least gives the appearance of increased safety. They are always well stocked and all the employees seem to be very nice. The meat section was especially good. the bathroom was a little bit disgusting.

Daniel, young kid over at the deli really made my evening extra special last night !! Went in for buns and franks but was kind enough to let me sample different type of hams and cheeses. I ended purchasing a few pounds all thanks to his kindness and most importantly patience. Keep it up kid !!! Maybe someday you'll have own business.

I don't have a problem with this Vons. The only thing is the price is high. I come here very often and I don't perceive that the customer service is bad at all. Of course, I do try to use the self check out almost 100% of the time. But whenever I ask someone where something is, they are always helpful. Also, the customer service desk is always helpful as well.

This Vons is clean and it has a good selection. They do run out of carts that is a problem. I don't think they have anybody that polices the parking lot to bring the carts in very often. Other than that it's a pretty good store and good selection of items.

I just had the worse cashier ever!! His name is Brandon and he wears glasses. He was working tonight Dec 4,2021 at 4pm. He ran me up and did not say hello or greet me in any kind of way. He rudely asked me for my id for the wine I purchased. He then proceed to talk to his co-worker ( a female) who was standing behind him and having a lovely conversation between the two of them. Which was very rude. He also gave me "instructions" on my card I.e. "take your card out" and handed me my receipt without saying thank you or anything. I live in the valley and I was out here visiting a friend in the area. I will never stop by this Vons again !!!
