Working with Brad to get our Vispring bed has been a dream come true (pun intended). But seriously, he (and this store) have gone above and beyond to make it possible for us to get a great night sleep, working within our budget and preferences to find a bed we love after a failed online mattress experience. I can’t recommend this store highly enough and am so glad we happened in on a whim one weekend as we grew frustrated with trying to decipher one online review from another.Yes I’m a real person who bought a real bed with real money and am really just so happy with my experience that I want to share with others who may be on the fence like I was.

I cannot say enough good things about Vispring Los Angeles. I reached out to them in a crunch yesterday morning after I received a last minute re-scheduling notification for a mattress delivery. Given that I was expecting family that evening, I contacted Vispring Los Angeles to see if they could assist with getting me a new mattress for same-day delivery. Brad at Vispring took the call with a determined "can do" attitude. He quickly checked stock and then reached out to their delivery team to coordinate. When he learned that only one delivery individual and truck was available, he personally volunteered to jump into the truck and assisted with delivery and set-up himself. By 4pm, mission accomplished...with 2.5 hours before overnight guests arrived. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism and the gold standard for how to run a business and treat customers, look no further than Vispring Los Angeles. You will not be disappointed. In terms of the mattress itself, the reviews from my family this morning were that they had among the best night sleep ever (and yes, that was with an infant laying in an adjacent crib). Whatever your bedding needs, reach out to Brad and his colleagues at Vispring Los Angeles. I had no special connections and am certain that the incredible treatment that I received is their standard, We spend ~2,900+ hours a year in bed...do your homework and make the investment (time, energy and money). Glad that good fortune brought me to Vispring Los Angeles and I look forward to making future purchases with them.

I stumbled across this store in Beverly Hills in search of a new mattress. Something that now will last a lifetime. The layout of the place was sophisticated and modern. Brad assisted me and answered all my questions while maintaining the appropriate Covid safety protocols.

As an interior designer I have helped purchase multiple mattresses for a client from Vispring, and I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service and quality! My most recent experience was all over the phone/email with Brad due to covid. He has extensive knowledge of the products and was great at responding quickly to all of my of questions. They were able to help us get the client a bed (in a pinch) and for that we are forever grateful! The delivery team was on time and very professional so everything went smoothly, which was the cherry on top!

We had purchased a Vispring mattress at the old store in Beverly Hills and then they shut down leaving us and all other customers with no service. We visited the store and spoke to the store owner, Ronnie, who knew more about Vispring then the actual Vispring store did. He and his team are incredible with their level of customer service and support. Thank goodness this store is back!! We learned that Ronnie has another store in So. Cal that by volume sells more than Vispring corporate sold. They also have some amazing (truly) pillows in the Hadley Olivia brand that have lavender sewn into them. I highly recommend a few! Essentially if you want one of the best mattresses on the market (Vispring) and want a few pillows to go with them, go visit Ronnie and his staff and your back and mind will love you forever because you'll never have a bad nights sleep again! We highly recommend this store and their staff!

I can't say that shopping for mattresses is inherently an enjoyable activity, but I actually had a good time picking out a new mattress here! Cody was very knowledgable, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend purchasing a mattress here, especially if you are looking for a "natural" organic mattress with no chemical flame retardants.
