Mark at VIP is just the BEST. I'd taken my vehicle to several other automotive repair places with no luck, and he was the only one who knew exactly what was wrong, and how to fix it. His rates are always fair, he's always extremely honest and communicative, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have found him. I say GO NOW!!!

Brought my car in for a full check before a long drive for the holidays and Mark did a fantastic job - his team did the routine oil check, tire pressure, etc., and suggested putting in a new air filter. I didn't feel pressured like at other auto shops who seem to prey on women. Would definitely bring my car back for routine service checks in the future due to the quality, timeliness, and honesty of the business.

Mark and Vic are an incredible team! I brought in an older Isuzu Trooper to a couple of true masters of the trade and it now feels brand new! I couldn’t have asked for better communication along the way, and overall just wonderful people to give me a hand with a passion project. Mark hit it out of the ballpark again!! Beside the fact he's honest and outstanding at fixing cars, he truly cares about people. That's next to impossible to find these days! He fixed my car, finding critical safety things no others took the time to look at, he's fair with his prices, he went above and beyond to refer me to an excellent body shop, and he even offered to pick me up to get my car when I was having trouble walking. Wow!! Victor who works with him is excellent too! So attentive, kind, funny, and truly a good human being too! Mark is a "car whisperer"! No need to go anywhere else! Came in near closing time after the jiffy lube near by ruined my lug bolts on my front tires while performing a break service. Mark was able to inspect the damage, communicate exactly what needed to be done, order the parts he needed and get my car street ready in no time. Highly recommend this shop

My windshield water sprayer was broken. I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to see me this morning. No wait, the whole thing took 5 minutes to fix while I sat in my car and they charged me $20. Quick, honest and affordable!

I called Mark from VIP Tire to help take care of an issue on my truck. After he saw the problem, he was very clear & helped me understand how he would solve the issue. Also, he provided me with a great timeline to which allowed me to spend a little time at the nearby Starbucks while I waited. Mark & Vic expected my mirror replacement to take an hour and they finished much quicker than that! I truly would recommend anyone to visit this location for their automobile needs. The service is extremely professional & fair. Give Mark a call for best results. It's good to know my vehicle was in good hands with VIP Tire & Auto! Thanks again!
