I am moving on September 1, and I love the place. The people in the leasing office are wonderful, polite, and helpful. Vans on Fairfax is one of the most elegant apartments I have looked at during my long, arduous work trying to find a place suitable for me. I love their decor. It’s very futuristic, and I love the way they have. Their townhouse is incorporated into the community. Vinz on Fairfax is also located in what I consider one of the best locations in Los Angeles.

Very basic and Small gym and no cooking stove in common area. Only barbecue! So rating is 4.

The Vinz staff are constantly working hard to ensure the residents here are well taken care of. The property manager Marie goes up and past beyond to make sure the high standards of her residents are met. The assistant manager Korine makes sure she is able to handle whatever load that is thrown her way and also to be a sound support to Marie. Josh does a great clean up job at being a team player and stepping in wherever he is needed whether it is answering calls and showing units off to potential new residents. I would highly recommend this propriety to any of my friends and or anybody looking for a highly well run and clean apartment building.

My friends lives in this building and i've heard nothing but bad news about the place. Everytime I go over there's always some kind of bug or arachnid lurking around outside the apartments. Now I understand that nature is nature and a free flowing force but it is rediculous that the buildings management hasnt taken more of a precaution to keep wildlife like squirrels and rats away from the area. There have been occasions where we are sitting on my friends balcony and a Snake has even appeared and we've had to run inside and shut the doors to protect the kids.I hope that this helps the tenants on the building find a more safe environment to live in. If i could submit -1 star I would.

The whole staff have changed my mind about leasing an apartment! The manager Marie was very welcoming and was super helpful, it made me super confident in moving here next month. I love the apartment that I applied for. Overall such a great experience! Super excited to move in!

The office staff is incredibly rude. I was picking something up from my friend's apartment and got lost on the way out. I ran into the red haired woman from the front office. I clearly looked lost, so she asked what I was doing. I said "I am trying to leave is it this way?" Instead of directing me to the exit she just replied "good" as if I wasn't allowed to be in the building or something. I had been considering moving into the building because I really like my friend's apartment, but after this experience there is no way I want any parts of that building.

My review is well overdue at this point- I've been living here for just over a year (since Jan 2021) and it continues to be just as amazing as when I moved in. The staff here are all so wonderful and willing to help out (especially maintenance)- whenever there is any sort of maintenance issue (only had minor usual things here and there over the year) they are so quick to find time to come and sort it out and ensure that you're happy with the job. The building is kept really nice and clean. The location is second to none- I mean, you're walking distance to the Grove/Farmers Market and several different grocery stores- minutes drive to Beverly Hills, Culver City, WeHo, and so much more... The units are extremely sleek and modern and let me tell you, if you can get a unit on the Penthouse level- do it- these views are incredible at all times of day, especially through your floor to ceiling windows. The Hollywood sign, incredible sunsets, and views of the hills/century city. If the fact that this building is situated right on Fairfax/San Vicente worries you for noise (it did for me as well), they've done a wonderful job with all of the windows doors to make sure it is well soundproofed. When I have my balcony door shut, I don't hear a single thing. Neighbours are fun- generally tends to be a young professional crowd, but haven't had any issues with noise at all. If you have any questions- the leasing office has always been really kind, courteous, and prompt in answering mine and I'm sure they'd love to show you around.

The building manager is one of the most incompetent and impatient managers I've ever seen from my apartment hunt. Avoid this building at all cost. Before the manager responds to my post claiming I'm a fake account, that's how bad they were that I decided to create a Yelp account to warn people

The building is supposed to be secure and trespassers are not allowed in. Somehow this kid got into the building and was going door to door all day asking for money. I unfortunately answered the door and agreed to give him some money but I got locked out with my phone and keys and everything inside my apartment after I gave him the cash. This was after office hours and I had to use the kids phone to call the building and emergency maintenance without any answer. I had to resort to calling a locksmith and paying him $300 to unlock my door. When I told building management about what happened and asked them to refund me, they said it's written in my lease that they will not refund locksmith charges. Instead of trying to be accommodating or offer any kind of solution. For the rate that they charge for rent and everything else, this is absolute b******** The building and amenities are aesthetically pleasing but everything in my apartment needed fixing as soon as I moved in. The ceiling fan was broken and I alerted them that it seemed like it was going to fall off the wall. Why would you allow a resident to move in with the ceiling fan in that condition? The microwave, the showerhead, the dryer, and a kitchen drawer were all broken as well upon move-in. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Also packages get stolen from the package room and they tell you to instead get your package sent to a shipping facility and to go pick it up if you want to make sure it doesn't get stolen. Extremely disappointed in this building and management.

My review is long overdue because I have been living here about a month now. Lauren made the touring, leading and move in process so easy and not stressful. Since living here her and all office staff have been welcoming, accommodating and helpful. I truly appreciate all of their work and can say that they have greatly added to my positive experience living at The Vinz on Fairfax. I would recommend this building for sure.

Fairly clean. Well maintained. That’s the reason we are here.But...We were not able to use any facilities all year, so 0 perks, paid a premium for this location for things like gym & pool but we could use nothing.Too expensive for this climate.Lots of rentals have lowered prices due to so many people leaving town during pandemic but this building is raising prices.Too many noisy neighbors screaming and bumping the floors at 3-4am

I just moved in to Vinz few weeks ago , but I am absolutely in love with my new place already like never before ! The building is very clean , stylish and everything is brand new . I do love the whole leasing so far . They are very helpful and always response quick . Lauren was very nice to me during the tour and helped with all moving process . I was so busy with work so she made as simple and fas as possible for me . I do appreciate their business and totally recommend VINZ to everyone!
