Very disrespectful. Better luck going to IKEA than paying this man to make you anything. Scammers and stole money from us. Don’t trust them. We will be reporting them to the police.

Don't waste your time here the service is as awful as the appearance of the business. The workers they send to do jobs are drunk and can barely stand or talk. Extremely unprofessional and they purposely turn off their phone and lie to your face. I will never come here again and I hope this review helps people see these people are thieves. They should be shut down for having drunk people work for them.

There are seven Villanueva Brothers and their sons, they own two businesses at 3939 Cesar Chavez just west of Hazard Avenue. Frank's Building Materials and Villanueva Cabinetry Workshop where they make and stain basic pine kitchen and bathroom cabinets to order. Building supplies include typical 60 and 90 pound sacks of cement and concrete, sand and gravel by the scoop, cement board, rebar, cinder blocks, nails, screws, bolts, brooms, et cetera. They deliver to the local area, they've delivered big orders for me to projects in City Terrace, Monterey Park and Lincoln Heights. When I pick up materials in my car, or truck they always load everything for me. Their prices are similar to big retailers like Home Depot, but much more convenient service. They will run around the store and find whatever you need while you wait at the counter. Villanueva Hardware a mile west at 3516 E Cesar E Chavez Ave is a bit smaller. I believe they have three additional locations but I haven't visited those. Frank's Building Supplies might smell a bit like oregano, because fifty years ago the building was the home of a Mexican spice distributor. I shopped there even then!
