Los Angeles“I usually end up waiting a very long time past my appointment time before my pet is seen. And I understand that there is usually only one vet working at a time, but if you make an appointment just make sure you set aside at least 2 hours. Otherwise staff is friendly and the vet is great and knowledgeable.”

275 S Atlantic Blvd Unit B, Los Angeles“Personally, good service. The receptionist is welcoming. The place looks modern and clean. Smells new too. The doctor was okay. He was brief with his explanation. I think the supporting staff was able to provide me with the information I needed. I went in for a check up for my 9 year old cat. I paid 721 dollars. This included, consultation, rabies shot, blood work, urine test, xrays, a bio hazard fee, and sedation. (Not sure if this is cheap or not) I have pet insurance so it will Offset 80% of the cost after deductible. I hope this helps some of you.”

3166 Los Feliz Blvd, Los Angeles“It’s nice to totally trust your vet. It’s also so clear how much everybody loves animals here. They’re so sweet to our cats and take all the time we need to answer our questions.”

12108 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles“All personnel were very caring and treatment was comprehensive. They texted me a half hour before the vet was ready to see us which saved a lot of time. Excellent service!”
“Best vets in LA!! They helped my kitten recover from a major emergency surgery and IMPROVED her care over the advice given at the kitty ER. They have also helped my other cat recover from terrible issues with his gut, and he’s feeling better than ever!”
“I highly recommend this place. The doctors have always been friendly and staff cares so much about the animals. I jist moved to LA so these experiences have given me so much piece of mind knowing it’s hard to find a good veterinarian. 10/10”
8:30 - 10:30AM
5550 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles“we got here at 6:15am and waited 1 hour to get in, signed in and filled out new patient paperwork, then waited another hour in the parking lot for them to call us in. we were honestly shocked to get called in early because we were just here to get our cat spayed and was expecting to wait 4 hours. it cost $240 to get our 7 pound, 1 year old, female cat spayed!”
“They take good care of your pets and help you the best they can, they cut their nails, they give them vaccines for rabies fleas, they are very well cared for and they speak your language, if they don't understand, they try to seek help from other people, thank you ?”
“Vet was super helpful and got a shot and medicated shampoo for my Frenchie that has allergies, made her itching go right away. This place is also great at quickly getting prescription medication approved even when you buy the medication elsewhere, and everyone there is super friendly. Love this place”
“They are probably the best Vet Clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Robins was great and attentive to my little Ellie (cat). She truly cared about her well-being and focused on getting her better instead of adding unnecessary services.
When you first walk in, you feel welcomed and everyone seems so happy to work there. They treat all the animals with respect and care. They have a waiting area inside and outside as well, which I think is great for our nervous furry friends.
The wait time is a little high, but it is so worth it. They are literally focusing on every single animal and making sure they get the best service. So, of course, it will take some time. They do their best to take in as many appointments as possible so there is no walk-in availability.
But if you call on the same day the moment they open, they might just let you in for a same day appointment. It's not a guarantee, though.
They accept care credit, and if eligible, sunbit. I think it is amazing because not many vets have options for payment plans besides care credit.
I think options like these are great for people like me who have more than 1 furry friend.
I really suggest giving them a try. They really won't disappoint. They are super open about their prices, which honestly are not even remotely close to high. And the best part is they don't try to over sell!
Great quality at an affordable price. You just can't beat that!”

2038 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles“We have been taking our two dogs and two cats to Pasternak now for five years. Pastornak is amazing. He always does his best to find the solution. They are very reasonably priced and we love love love this location for non-emergency situation.. it is also very easy to get in the same day without an appointment. If you call ahead highly recommend this location if you’re in the West LA area.”
7:30AM - 6PM
28916 S Western Ave, Los Angeles“My family has taken our pets here for the last fifteen years. I have always left with a clear feeling that they provide great care and always with a very positive demeanor. I love this place”
“I took my pug Leah here for vaccines and I paid 60$ for all of them! Super affordable :) VETCO charges 230$ for a full set of vaccines yikes and I work there too . I love how they take care of her . Even though the wait can be long , they got her in and out and she was fine when we got home. If you have brachycephalic breed for a spay be sure to understand there's a possibly of them not making it . My pugs all have been spayed there and one of them almost did not make it . The team did thankfully successfully finished the procedure and she was ok :)”
8AM - 6PM
1800 S Robertson Blvd #8, Los Angeles“Dr. Nassi and his staff are the best, to put it simply. He and the team have always been attentive and caring with my two cats, and Dr. Nassi has a great sense of humor as well. I love that this is my neighborhood Vet Clinic, and I think everybody would be lucky to have such an establishment around.”
“The front staff are kind a supportive, the vet tech came out and took the time to love on and relax my dog, and the vet was thorough and communicative about my dog's history and next steps. They're quick with scheduling and have answers for questions like what's the best pet insurance. We (my dog and I) couldn't more highly recommend.”
“i had my first visit here tonight as a walk-in. reception, the vetrinarian, & vet techs were all very polite, efficient, & helpful.
the exam was quick yet thorough —they even noticed that my dog had an ear infection as well, something that i was unaware of & had been missed during her recent vet visit.
the cost was reasonable for the services provided and there were no added hidden fees like so many other emergency/urgent care vets charge.
+i love that they have late hours available.
highly recommend!”
“Best vet in LA. I don't think he's taking new patients though. Dr Reina is a compassionate vet who truly cares about our furry ones. He's taken wonderful care of my cats, dog and even my pet rat! Who else makes a little oxygen tent for a little rat with upper respiratory infection!! I'll cry when he retires. There can be a long wait if they're crowded, but since Covid you wait in the car & they call you in.”
“My dog-ughter is from Chicago and we’ve been flying back and forth because we couldn’t find a vet in LA that we trust. Thank God, we found Dr. Jordan! He CARES! And he’s KNOWLEDGABLE! Finally found a happy place for my pup’s Doctor visits.”

2417 Riverside Dr, Los Angeles“Very good experience. Dr. Eun thoroughly checked over my dog and took the time to explain the conditions my dog was dealing with. It makes sense that the word 'affordable' is in the name of this facility, because the out the door cost with exam and treatment was exactly that, AFFORDABLE! I am happy with my experience and would gladly recommend them to others.”

333 S Alameda St Ste 222, Los Angeles“I've been coming to this vet for over a year now. My dog Winston has been well taken care of. Everyone is so nice. I'm so glad to finally find a place that I can trust to take care of my little man Thank you everyone:)”
“Despite as others may comment. I've been taking my pups for the past 13 years here. The staff is wonderful. You can tell they love animals and help as much as possible.Unlike other vets, they explain what is wrong or great about your pet. I'm a 1000 question gal, and they answer every single one as best to their knowledge or they direct me to the main vet.Lucy is one of the main reasons why i continue to take my babies there. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure you get the help you need as soon as possible.I have 2 other vets as backups (we all need back ups) but this one has to be #1.Yes its a little pricy for my personal income but, quality vs quantity. The only thing i wish was if they were open either a little longer during the week or if they were open Saturdays.Other than that keep up the amazing work and thank you for helping us with our babies! ?Max, Cody & Saidey?”
“Dr. Chung is a very warm-hearted, bright-aura, confident and reliable female doctor. I don't like lazy doctors, but she is quick to deal with problems and make decisions. She speaks English, Japanese and Korean fluently, which really helped me out when I was panicking at other hospitals. The room temperature was just right. My baby was wrapped in warm cloths and pillows and was able to be hospitalized in a very good environment. There are many cold places in the hospital, like a refrigerator, and my cat gets cold easily, so I was very relieved. I met the receptionist and other doctors, and everyone was kind. I will continue to come here.Thank you so much.”

333 S Spring St, Los Angeles“these folks are great...caring, polite and professional as expected but
refreshingly appreciated...especially concerning international travel for your pets & acquisition of electronic Health Certificates for "pet passports " and routine visits for necessary health maintenance for your family's pet....”
“An excellent clinic! My cat does not like strangers, especially vets, and gets very aggressive. They were very patient and conscious of not exasperating his negative associations with going to the vet. They were transparent about everything and the price was very reasonable.”
“Wonderful staff who are very friendly and helpful. Their office is small and so is their parking lot, which means that if it's full, you might have to park along the residential street. I totally don't mind, though, since their service is so great.”
“I’m not much of a reviewer, but I just needed to shout out AHCC. My poor cat has had a bunch of health issues, and from the start I’ve felt like she’s in such good hands here. You can tell that everyone at AHCC truly cares about animals, and helping them to have the most comfortable experience possible. I especially appreciate the level of communication in follow-ups post appointment, it feels like there is genuine care and concern about my girl’s progress. I also really wanted to shout out Isabel in particular - I think after every time she helps us out, I come away and say “ugh she’s the best”. She’s a rockstar and so knowledgeable and makes me feel like my cat is in the best hands every time she’s helping us. Thank you!”
“Very nice veterinary office. The staff are really nice and welcoming. Dr Forsythe is great, so down to earth. I feel very comfortable taking both our cats here and am happy with my experience.”
“I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.
Both my furrbabies receive great care here!
My babygirl just got spayed & they called for a follow up , much appreciated.”
“I am sorry you are reading this but that means you are trying to ensure you find the best final goodbye for your pet. I want to share my experience to hopefully help ease any of your nerves. We helped my sweet pup cross the rainbow bridge on December 30, 2023 but haven't had the mindset to fully revisit the final goodbye. I called heart and halos a couple times, the first time to was once we were beginning to consider euthanasia and I just wanted information and linh was very sweet. I called two times during the next few weeks to check on their availability until we were really ready to let go. We wanted to wait until after Christmas to enjoy having our sweet boy with us one last time but wanted a back up plan in case we thought he wouldn't make it. I was informed it was an extra $200 on holidays (not eve) but otherwise same price on weekends. We paid around $600 for my baby boy but they have different prices depending on after care packages and pet weight. Overall, linh had a big impact on us deciding on Heart and halos as she was very patient and compassionate. I had called other euthanasia places and they were rude and just wanted to know if you wanted to book now or would hang up. Your receptionist is a big representative of the company. About 15 minutes before our appointment time, we got a phone call from a private number to let us know their ETA. They arrived right at our appointment time, not a minute late. My judgment about the company was not wrong, Dr Susan was very sweet. Once they got to the house, I asked that her assistant wait outside and to only have Dr. Susan come inside after a few minutes while I settled into position with my baby boy. Dr. Susan went above and beyond to make sure my sweet boy did not see her. I held him on my chest sitting on our living room couch as she snuck in and kneeled behind the couch. With him facing the opposite direction, she administered the first injection. The only thing I wish I could have prepared for was that my baby did feel the first shot and it did sting him once it was administered. Nothing on the doctors practice, she even diluted it and gave me an option on how I would like the first shot, IV, IM or SQ. She recommended SQ for less pain and even advised she dilutes it with normal saline as part of her practice. As I registered nurse I know that this can happen with an injection, I just imagine it feels like getting a vaccine- very minimal pain compared to a natural death. Luckily my baby had been receiving sq fluids at the same site of the first sq injection, so my baby probably just thought I was poking him again for give him fluids. My baby boy was deep asleep within ** minutes and did not feel the second shot given intravenous. My baby boy crossed the rainbow bridge knowing he was loved, laying on my chest in the comfort of his own home. The experience of putting your childhood pet to sleep is something no one can truly prepare you for, I miss him everyday. But I rest in comfort knowing I chose the very best service to put him to rest.”
