I really love this company and the ladies in the showroom are so amazing! However, their corporate office customer service is awful. They are unprofessional and immature. I hope they train them better or hire people with some experience or education because she was so rude. The girl I spoke with was cutting me off as I tried to explained myself and just didn’t seemed happy at her job or maybe it was because it was Monday and she hadn’t had her coffee, but either way I’m so disappointed. This was my first time shopping online and I don’t think I’ll do that again and run the risk of having to call them again for help, I’ll stick to shopping in person whenever I get down there.
