This business has been supported by the local community and residents for many years. Recently, a homeless encampment began in the rear alley of this business. As a result, the homeless moved the trash can onto the public street, and trash has accumulated to a degree that posed a health hazard.
I went to the business and asked how we can work together together to resolve this issue. The attendant said she had no authority to contact the trash company and would give my information to the Manager Leslie P. I provided my name and number and was told she would call me before days end.
Nearing closing and no call back I called again and was told Leslie had left for the day but was told to call me.
I called corporate and here is where the fun began. I was transferred 6 times all could not understand why a supervisor would not answer. Finally a supervisor answered I explained the situation and hung up. I called back again and after 3 additional transfers a supervisor answered and advised since it was Friday evening she assured me she will have an answer by Monday morning and call me with the out come.
Monday came no call back. I called the East Los Angeles office and asked for Leslie. Leslie answer and said I was transferred to the wrong Manager named Leslie. When I asked her if she was a manger at the East Los Angeles office, she said yes but she was the wrong one and hung up.
I called the county and they responded with 2 dump trucks to remove all the trash around the trash bin belonging to VERONICA'S INSURANCE. The county told they could not bump the trash bins contents, that is overflowing because that was the business responsibility. Understandable.
VERONICA INSURANCE found it to difficult to contact their trash company to pick up their trash. In addition, they have no regard how they impact the community that keeps them in business.
If you do business with them, please think twice. A community should not support a business that doesn't take responsibility or cares how they impact the local residents.

I walked in for a quote and this girl anely was so rude always on her phone while i was just trying to get my quote done. She kept cutting me off when i was talking due to her personal call. She kept ignoring me so i just walked out.

I’ve had a really good experience coming here, the staff was so helpful especially Odaliz Diaz. She answered all my questions and helped me through the process of everything, she was so kind and was communicative. I recommend coming to her whenever you need help!

I’m not one to really leave reviews ! The customer service is amazing. I most definitely will refer my family and loved ones towards Veronica’s Insurance, specially to be assisted by Odaliz Diaz!! She was very very helpful and gave me an amazing experience and not only that but she has a very good attitude was not rude, very outgoing and kind!

After stopping by at Veronica’s insurance East LA, I had the pleasure Odaliz in assisting me with my concerns. She was attentive and overall very helpful when it came to questions I had regarding my policy. She went above and beyond to meet my expectations compared to others. Be very careful with this insurance, they charge an extra $15 if you don't set up autopay with them. You pay 3 months upfront and they won't tell you that the months you pay are for the 1st month and the last 2. Ex: Month payed are (1) (5) (6), you must pay for month (2) (3) and (4). This is the weirdest insurance out there. If you call Customer service, they will transfer you multiple times until the right person can help you. It feels as though every employee can only do one job and the right person must be located.
