Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!

I was distressed going to the doctors over a dog bite but they quickly and patiently helped me find my Medical so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for all that care I really appreciate the consultation and the care I received.

Yesterday I called to see if they could serve me and even though the lady told me that it was full, she did not deny me the opportunity to arrive and that they would serve me. The doctor was very kind and listened to my symptoms and did all the tests I needed which he didn't do at my primary clinic. I even asked if he could be my primary doctor, unfortunately it's not possible because it's only an emergency, but now I know where to go or refer someone if I need it.

Went in with a bad cold that’s lasted weeks. The doctor actually cared and prescribed me meds to feel better. They’re really nice here and listen to your concerns

I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, I was seen promptly, and the facilities were clean. The doctor was knowledgeable and provided effective treatment. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend this urgent care center.

I felt so happy they take Medical since I was worrying about cost. My primary care does not have appointments until the next month and so I needed to urgently go in. My visit was pretty fast and simple and they helped me with what I needed. I’m very happy with their services.

First of all I wanna say Vermont Urgent Care has a pretty clean environment to offer to their patients, I was amazed by the time that I lasted waiting for my name to be called it was and in and out visit! Not mentioning how politely were the receptionists and doctors in there. I would recommend this urgent care they have several services they provide and they also accept walk ins!! Definitely will go back for any other service I need ?
