It's been a while since I visited this car wash and I always chose the $20.00 max wash, but today, after the holiday, there were a lot of cars, so the car wash was done much faster than usual. It was like riding a time machine and arriving at the end to do the air browser, and even that was done faster than usual, so only 60% of the water was removed from the car. The those day before vacuum lot manager, who seemed to be Korean, even pushed me to hurry up because i was talking to the person next to me.

I've been a customer since the place opened up a few years ago. Price went up much, but thats why they do keep their facility pretty nice and well maintained compared to other nearby automated car wash place.
BUT the machine itself won't clean up the dirt much (especially small bug spots and bird poos), and the car doesn't get dry well at the end.
I'm the person who does car waxing and detailing after so it's okay, but doing just a machine wash won't satisfy you much.
And also the whoever assist entering the car to the machine, Can do better than just spraying some liquid on front glass only. This process literally doesn't do much on cleaning it better.

I went there on a Friday night at 5pm but their signs and online say they close at 8pm so why did they say they were closed and turned away customers without a reason? Idk how reputable it is but highly unprofessional.

I love the idea of a self car wash station, not the ones where you are openly using a spray to hose down your car. This gives you the full wash outside ranging from $10-25, so worth it! You can use cash or card to pay. When you get out of the auto drive through, you have full sweep access on both sides of your vehicle to vacuum all the gunk in your car. Depends on time of day, you can get lucky and get in and out quick or the line can get pretty long! Whoever set this up should get an award!

I live near by and usually come to wash my car here. Employees harass women and really not feeling safe to come here! It happened 3 times from different employers so disturbing!!!!! Tried to talk to the manager but seems helpless too

For the past few months I have washed my car at your car wash once a week. This month I decided to sign up for a membership to make it easier and cheaper at $6 a month. But your manager refused to sign me up for a membership because I have a Lyft sticker on my car. Even though I showed him my application and told him that I work there 10 hours a week, I was still denied membership. I think the fact that I sometimes work part-time for Lyft is not a reason to deny me membership. After this, I will not use your services and will wash my car at your competitors
