Horrible place told us had the right glass it was wrong then told us to wait while they get the right one there months later and only cause I kept calling and reported to better business bureau that they reached back and said can't do it bring it back for refund and take back the glass.... horrible experience with this place I wouldn't recommend it...shop at your own risk

They always have any window I ask for. If they don't have it, they'll go get it the same day. They're 10/10 100% with me. They never let me down. They'll make a window if they don't have your window. Literally.

I went to VAG Vermont auto glass to have the locks on my front doors changed on 3/272023 (Monday). The lady that assisted me was Irene. She said they would check out the problem and get back to me. The total cost of the job was $300.00. She told me that I had to leave a deposit of $150.00. Four days had gone by and I didn't hear from her. So, I contacted them and she said that they couldn't find the parts. She could have called me to let me know that in advance. She could have also ordered the part from the Toyota dealer. Once I told her that she said my vin number would be needed in order place the order. At this point I was frustrated because, I was having a hard time closing my door and had already waisted four to five days trying to get this taken care of. I told her jus to refund my money and I would go elsewhere. When, I went back to the shop she didn't refund me all of the money. And stated that it was a fee for the inspection of my car which she never mentioned in the first place. I would not recommend this place to anyone not only did I not get my car fixed and it was a waste of time dealing with this company.

Review dated Sep 17, 2022 Just had rear passenger vent window on a 2011 BMW 535i replaced at Vermont Auto Glass My experience with VAG was A+ Good price and efficient service I'm in Los Angeles and if you are in this area, you probably know Mission Road is the place to go for Auto Glass as there are individual shops for this next door to each other for several blocks so lots of choices Tried it and even though each place had a greeter waving you in to the shop, none of them carried the glass for my car Searching online not helpful either as almost all sites ask to contact them for a quote - I've provided online Make, Model, Year and Glass to replace: why do I need to contact you for a quote??? Reply online with your price using the information I provided.....Apparently it doesn't work that way so contacted my long-term BMW mechanic for a recommendation and he gave me VAG... Called them at the beginning of the week and found out they would have to special order it bit I confirmed at the end of the week that I'd be there first thing Ssturday at 9am to get replacement Glass done VAG had the glass delivered, replaced, all broken glass vacuumed and replacement glass windexed clear in a little over 90 minutes I am very impressed with Vermont Auto Glass's efficient service and reasonable pricing I highly recommend them no matter what the vehicle you have!!!

ANAZING SERVICE! Someone threw a brick through my window and I kept finding places that were so expensive. Then I found this gem. Not only did Irene give me an estimate promptly over the phone, but they also came to my house for a very small fee. The man that came was so friendly, punctual and got everything done in LESS that 30 minutes. I'm sending EVERYONE here!!!
