Staffs are super nice I wouldn't recommend Verizon the carrier though because of the plans that are not affordable but the staffs are nice and professional

My mom, son and niece upgraded their phones. I had many questions and the male staff (I dont know his name) was very patient and supportive. I am glad we decided to go all the way to Ktown. He was exceptionally kind. We are very satisfied with his service. I will come here to get my phone upgraded next time.
