This store is such a scam. I went this store to upgrade my phone. The Geo the sales person didn’t explain anything about setting up fees and he placed order for my new phone.After he placed my order, I asked him about any hidden fees that they will charge? and then he explained me that he is going to charge me around $150 for the setting up fee which is ridiculous.I asked him to cancel the order if he will charge me the ridiculous setting up fee. He just called somewhere to cancel the order but it still shipping to the store two days later and still show up on my account record. Please don’t go this store to waste your time. This is not the verizon direct store.

I just now walked into the Verizon store in Westwood to purchase 4 new iPhone 15 pro max phones for my family and the second I walked in the door was told to leave bc the guy working there closed for an hour to take a break. Guess I’ll take my business to the other Verizon store down the street.

Horrible service, terrible knowledge and honestly the biggest incentive to switch carriers. Not sure what her name was cause she refused to give it but right from when I walk in without a word utteted she was hostile and inappropriate. Must have been the worst day of her life cause the store was empty and she was playing on her phone. Still no excuse for being truly abysmal and mean.

I waited more than an hour in line, then a girl turned to me and said that in order to download the update, Ineed to pay 40 dollars, but another store will do it for free. Terrible communication with customers. I will never come back here again.
