I came to the store to buy an earphone. The seller issued an earphone. I wanted to check it on the spot. headphones don't work. he started charging. I sat for 40 minutes and there was no result. I was then unable to process the return of the goods. said to come tomorrow. bullying relationships. Now I have to waste my time.

Low ?.
Like the lowest of keys…
I resent going into any retail store.
Michael went above to make sure I was empowered with knowledge and every deal made “sense”.
I will surely be back!

I returned my Phone 14 Max here, for credit on my new phone, to employee Gerardo Orozco (whose manager is Marquis Gibson) on the 19th of February. He did not give me a receipt for it, under the false pretext that cell phone was not paid off, even if it actually was. We are 8 people on the account, my cellphone was paid off, not Garrick Wilkie's. He pulled up the account but didn't acknowledge what we just said, as I was there with James Wilkie, account owner who backed me up on this issue. Sloppy and dishonest, I do not recommend this business. The selection is poor too: there are only black colored cellphones. Manager needs a public relations Course 101, as he would cut me off as I was making my point. As per value, it is not worth it as they send you back and forth between 2 stores, you lose your entire day, and actually days, weeks and months dealing with robots here. Switching to AT&T value

I don't typically write these but needed alert people to these scam artists. This is not Verizon, its actually an authorized dealer named Victra and they will charge you for services that are free at an actual Verizon store and flat out lie to make a sale. I went to transfer my service on an current phone to a new one I recently purchased. These guys claimed that my current plan would not work with a new phone - and I needed to change plans. I asked them multiple times about this and they firmly restated I needed a new 5g plan to work with a 5g phone. That was the 1st lie - as the Verizon store later confirmed. The second lie was trying to convince me I needed to pay a fee to switch my number. I did this for free a number of times before at a proper Verizon store. When I asked why I was paying a fee, that's when they admitted they weren't an actual Verizon store - yet the design and uniforms inside the space is definitely set up to fool you into thinking otherwise. I said I'm gonna go to the actual Verizon store and they got desperate- Their manager Marquis stepped in and said their fee was $40 and that if I went to Verizon the fee would be $50 - lying through his teeth. Don't be tricked by their pleasant demeanor these guys are scamming so blatantly I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Do not shop here, it's not even a "official" Verizon store, just an authorized dealer and they do not care about helping you at all.I had an online order (new phone) for pick up in this store and they gave me a previously open box. When I returned to the store to return/exchange they said they could not do anything about it and would not try to offer any help or solution.

Completely unprofessional employees. Came with my brother to get a new iPhone but was given a used dirty phone. Came back one more time to pick up the new phone I should have received the first time, but of course these totally incompetent employees gave my phone to someone else. What the hell. Wasted so much time and gas just to come to this store multiple times and deal with people who obviously don't give a crap about their job or customer service. Yeah, so stay far away from this store, especially if you see someone named Freddy working. Just walk out.

Joke of a store, customer service is laughable. Came here twice and both experiences were awful. Was given open product the first time and then they accidentally gave my order to someone else the 2nd time. Sales reps didn't care at all both times lol Save yourself the headache and time and go literally anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in to pick up an iPad that I ordered 1/24..was supposed to be “ready for pick up” at this incompetent store on 1/25. It wasn’t. I chose the express pick up option because I thought it would be quicker than having it express delivered. I was so wrong. I gave it until 1/26, called customer service first and attempted calling the store as well. The store doesn’t answer the phone. I drive to the store because this was supposed to be an “EXPRESS PICKUP”. Freddy who works at this location had a non chalant attitude from the beginning. I give my name and advise I’m picking up my iPad that I already paid for. Simple, right? He looks the order up and says it’s under a different name. I ask do you need my order number? He says No. He goes to the back for 15 -20 minutes, comes back and says “it’s processing” by then, I’ve been sitting in the store for almost a half an hour. He says he doesn’t know how long it will take me to get the iPad. I remind him it was supposed to be ready the day before via “express pickup” so it’s actually late. I asked for the reason why. No reaction, no sense of urgency, no apology, no desire to get it right or figure out why it’s not ready. He said It could be “anywhere from five minutes to an hour to be ready he doesn’t know, have a good day ma’am “. Basically telling me to leave. Mind you he hasn’t asked me for my ID, my credit card that I paid with or my order number so at this point I voiced my frustration because he gave NO REASON for the delay and didn’t even pretend to act like he was trying to confirm I was the correct customer for pickup. Also, the store was completely empty this entire time( approx 3:55 pm:4:50pm) There were no other customers. I was there over an hour , the only customer in the store. After I explained my frustration he put his district manager, “Jay”on the phone to essentially tell me the same nonsense in the same patronizing “I don’t care” tone as Freddy. I stepped outside briefly to make sure my car wasn’t being towed as the parking is only allowed for 60 minutes. Jay offered no new information. I guess he was just there to run his mouth and parrot whatever the non- worker Freddy said. I go back into the store and wait another 20 minutes. Finally, Freddie asked me for my ID (after me being there over an hour), then he asked for my PIN number, which I thought employees at Verizon didn’t do. I’m still waiting. Update: After an hour, Freddy with the “I don’t care” attitude gives me my iPad and fake apologizes in an “I don’t care tone.” The lack of competence and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS at this store is astounding. Especially given that there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE FOR THE HOUR THAT I WAS THERE.. what do these employees actually do? They definitely don’t fill simple orders on time, and then they act like I inconvenienced them by coming in myself. Unbelievable . Verizon might as well shut this store down. There are no customers and the employees don’t care or fill orders properly or on time. This store’s incompetence is beyond unacceptable.

Only 1 person working before 6? And it says the store closes at 8. He had the front door closed with these young ladies waiting outside in the cold, and when he opened the door he had to let us know he had to go on lunch and the store would be closed. Horrible scheduling from management. I feel bad for the one employee all alone too.
