Big shocker this location has a 2 star average. I had an issue with an upgrade where Verizon failed to take responsibility for providing poor customer service. They do not set their customers up for success. I would avoid them at all costs. This issue caused us 5 hours on tech support trying to resolve an issue with one of the lines and an unnecessary fee.

Not 4 but ,"Five" as the a hole employee decided to make clear , could not adjust the number lock on my phone , that I bought outright......5 employees thought it was funny. 5 employees are obviously on the political spy gravy train...which is Verizon. Bye!

I will no longer feel guilty for ordering insignificant items from Amazon. It allows me to avoid dealing with the types of numbskulls I had to deal with this morning at this "corporate" store. I had an issue with a new phone that I purchased from Verizon, which necessitated my having to revisit the store on four separate occasions to get the phone to work The manager, maybe her name was Veronica, had the business sense of a newt. I'm sorry I didn't go someplace else for my new phone.

I went in to exchange my iPhone 15pro to the iPhone 15. Both the female manager on duty and the gentlemen who helped me were so kind and supportive. I unfortunately didn't get their names but I appreciated all the help. I got there right at 10am opening and it was busy, but once it was my turn everything else fell in place. Thank you again.

first salesman I was not feeling loved by. then Daniel manager came to help me and he was great... then I went home and Non tech me got all messed up! So in I go again and talk to another manager named Jazmine and she made the Angels singggggg! She got my messed up phone and IPAD fixed and helped me get my pictures into my phone anddddd stopped my crying! I was devistated my pictures were gone! So again I thank Jazmine! With all my heart and Daniel for calming me through the storm! Much appreciated!

Rude and unprofessional employees are working here. I recommend staying away to save your time, as it is much more valuable than dealing with arrogant people here.

I don't know why the ratings for this store are so poor, just wanted to shout out Aaliyah and Dalton for helping me out and being super patient with me. Aaliyah helped me get wifi and helped my family get some deals on new stuff. Appreciate it! Ya'll are great.

In all honesty, after reading the reviews I was AFRAID to go to this store. But I needed to buy a new tablet and to have the contents of my old one transferred, and the Beverly Drive location had closed. AND IT WAS SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I mean beginning to end! Service! Technical know-how! Price-crunching! Friendliness. I know it sounds unreal but I have been with three carriers and have NEVER been cared for like this. I was IMMEDIATELY seated by JULIA who is amazing. Amazing! Easy to describe what I needed technically and experientially, and as far as keeping my monthly billing stable. She worked on making the contents transfer aaaaaand - thanks to a bit of indecision/changing-tablets-in-midstream on MY PART - patiently began the process ALL OVER AGAIN with humor, kindness, patience and more of that technical know-how. AND HERE IS WHERE THE AMAZING AFTER-CARE OF THIS OUTLET KICKS IN! 48 hours later I get a call from the TWO MANAGERS THERE - JESSIE AND JEZEBEL - because they NEEDED TO GET ME A REFUND (because of my mind-change/tablet exchange) and they worked for 30 minutes sending me links and STAYING WITH ME until they MADE THE VERIZON SOFTWARE give us the choice for me to pay in the manner I wanted to and get the refund in a way that worked for how I do my $$$! I'm not saying I don't believe the previous reviewers here. I DO! I had been in this store 4 years ago and had vowed never to return. But it was such a different experience that I can only think that Verizon took all those experiences and negative feedbacks into account and created some real change. So if you, like me, are also feeling trepidation...overcome it. Because I can't believe I am glowing about going into a phone carrier store. WHAAAAAAAT?!?!?!?!?

I have been through this Verizon store before and did not have a great experience. It wasn't awful but it wasn't great either. I saw the reviews online and was nervous going in to pick up my new equipment.I had a very different experience this time. I was meant at the door by one of the employees. She was welcoming and immediately started helping me. Got me everything I needed and even corrected the order since it was incorrect from the representative I had talked to on the phone. There were several people standing by the help and I would definitely come back to this location.
