Ask for Ash! A gentleman and a scholar. When my phone was broke and locked down he helped me upgrade to a new one, and helped get my monthly bill down in the process. Lovely, quick, professional - 10/10 cannot recommend enough.

Do not go here!!! I waited 1.5 hours before they were able to assist me where they said I would have to have a temporary number when switching over from another carrier as well as additional fees to switch. This location is INDEPENDENTLY OWNED! Do yourself a favor and go a mile down the road to Beverly connection.

Edgar was down to earth, friendly, transparent and honest. He didn’t try to oversell me something I wasn’t going to use. He was patient and knowledgeable. I typically hate going through the experience of getting a new phone, but this was pleasant and painless. Highly recommend him and this store.

had an appointment scheduled. Took me close to an hour to get over there. Don't you normally go to this location, but all the other Verizons we’re closed and I was actually able to make an appointment with them, plus because of the holidays, figured they’d be extra staffedwell, get in there in I’m n even really acknowledged for about 10 minutes and there’s only one guy in there helping out some other person. The employee finally asked me what I was there for and I told him that I had an appointment scheduled. He never asked me my name or my number to confirm reservation this also after I already checked in saying that I was at the store, he asked me if I have l service or opening a new line.....? if he had simply asked for my number he would’ve seen my reservation and easily seen that I have an account with you guys.After that, he started helping another girl that was there before me but didn’t have an appointment nor was authorized account holder. So she had you wait talk to everyone that she was on the phone with and then had that person send some kind of confirmation that it was OK for her to the account and while this is going on she just having conversation with him for like 10 minutes. After waiting in there for about 30 minute since I got there and the guy didn’t see my keys in any rush coming and help me out anytime soon nor did I think that he’s been having any time to help me out before it close. .... I said to say, forget it, and walked out of the store wasting close to two hours of my time driving over there with parking and waiting for no reason.I mean legitimately, it was ridiculous and I swear I’ve noticed that it’s always better off to just talk to the phone representatives because they work on commission and they genuinely care about helping you or as in the store they work on commission and they really don’t give a Ish about their own customers. I had so many bad experiences in wireless stores in person. It’s ridiculous. Similar to use car salesman.

I love this store and how friendly and easy everything is here. Employees are very nice , knowledgeable and very helpful. Will definitely be coming here from now on for all my purchases etc with Verizon. Amazing customer service! :)

Absolute AWFUL service from Dehja I went in to order the new iPhone and was helped by a man who was terrific, so friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, when I went back a few weeks later to pickup the iPhone, I got Dehja instead and received the absolute worst service. We check in with Dehja and get everything squared away to pickup my phone, she goes back to get it and comes back saying that there's a timer on the safe and we have to wait 7 minutes for it to open. Totally fine. We go and look at the cases to kill 7 minutes. In the meantime, a woman walks in and asks Dehja some questions and initially we don't mind because we have to wait anyway, but then it seems like Dehja is going to help this customer. So I assumed it was probably a quick issue and that Dehja would come back to us after the 7 minute window. About 20 minutes go by and I go to Dehja and ask if we can be helped now and she tell me to wait. At the 30 minute mark I ask again and she goes "what do you need?" So I reminded her that she told us we only needed to wait 7 minutes for the safe to unlock so I could get my phone. She then tells me that she's almost finished with this customer and then she'll help us. The entire time she has such a bad attitude. Finally after 45 minutes her and the other customer finish up. Dehja walks the customer out to the door and then Dehja LEAVES THE STORES, GET INTO HER CAR AND DRIVES AWAY. I'm standing there like is this girl serious? She told me I needed to wait 7 minutes, it's now been over 45 minutes, and then she leaves without saying a single thing! She walks back in (no idea why she left) and gives us the worst attitude "what do you need?" So I reminded her again about my iPhone. She finally goes back, gets it, and brings it to me. She hands me the box and goes "you can set it up yourself at home, right?". At this point I'm so tired of waiting I just leave. Then next I see a $40 charge on my bill for "in store activation". This awful girl charged me $40 to "activate" my phone when she did not! She handed me a box and I did everything myself at home. What a SCAM
