Inconsistent bill and pretty much the place is full of thieves and I mean that literally. I was helped by a guy name Hector and he lied about everything from the amount of my monthly bill to the phone prices. I'm planning to sue the particular store and if anyone else experiences similar service please feel free to reach out to me. Also because I wrote a review, they're raising my monthly bill with out my consent and all is going to end tomorrow I'm canceling all my 6 lines. Learn from my mistake and do not go to this store.

People do not go to Verizon on palmdale the manager there has no customer service skills... they just turn you down without helping you. I don't understand why they have him as a manager... or even have people like that helping you out..

Made an order online for express pick-up. No update for 2hrs, had to call Verizon and the rep couldn't get a hold of the store. The explanation was that maybe everyone left early or no one showed up to work. I might as well have chosen a different store or even shipping for that matter. Just a hassle, I am trying to be a new customer, just imagine how bad this will go later on...Now I have to go tomorrow morning and call in late to work.. My phone is important for my business and personal daily needs.BAD FIRST IMPRESSION... "BUILT RIGHT", LIVE UP TO YOUR MOTTO VERIZON...

*****BEWARE!!!!!!*****RACISM LIVES HERE!!!!!If you are African American or any other unwanted derivative of such you will be lied too, profiled and accosted by security. You will be followed. A security guard will block your entry and exit irregardless of what you are doing. Bottom line if you are not Caucasian or Korean you are NOT welcomes here. The store manager Abraham sees to it that this policy is upheld.How disgusting. Shame on you Verizon!

I came to pick up my order for Home Internet with the selected 5G plus tariff, but the manager ignored my approved order with ACP, pretending that everything was fine. As a result, the manager places a new order and issues a different contract number with a different 5G tariff of $60. The manager said that you need to call the number and the line will approve a discount for the first month. I called several times, wrote a lot in the chat, but no one helped me secure the discount, the discount was never given to me, although I received a successful confirmation in advance. I came back to the store, where they strictly do not allow scooters, and asked for help with a discount, since it was approved in the original order. To which they told me that you received another order and if you are not satisfied with something, you can return the equipment. I returned the equipment and they didn’t give me any document that my contract was closed, that I was not obliged to pay the amount of $60 since I returned it within two weeks, a very strange business, very strange staff, senior management should pay attention to how they are destroying their business by dispersing clients. So I was left without Home Internet for Christmas. Strange, very bad job.

The manager Abraham also was very proactive not one of the guys you usually see hiding in the back he was making contact with literally each customer very humble & respectful.From the very first interaction, it was evident that Daniel’s possesses a profound understanding of their role and the significance of customer satisfaction. one of the workers constantly kept going to the back room to pull out and use his vape then go back to helping the customer he was with and then kept going back. the manager also seem him doing this and seemed not to care.

Beware, beware! Added a line with a new phone a month ago at this store and someone at the store added more lines and phone without my permission. I don't know if it was a honest mistake or shady employee. Regardless, never going back to this store.

I stopped at a Verizon but they couldn’t help.Finally this location, corporate location proved value in corporate locations: awesome friendly knowledgeable employees! All were helpful but Anthony stepped it up and helped resolve my issues.After Anthony great service I was open to getting a quote on a new phone via this location. Anthony printed out the quote, explained cost to take phone, first month bill and subsequent month bills.Top notch service!Thanks!

Anthony and Sharon were so helpful. They assisted me with purchasing a new phone after I lost my old phone. They provided me with several options and explained each option in detail. They were so friendly and they helped turn an unfortunate situation into a fun shopping experience. Thanx again!

I’ve never had better service.My wife and I came in at 10am when the store opened and didn’t leave until 4:30pm because we had an extremely complicated and messy situation.Daniel worked with us the entire time, and Hector and Abraham came in to work as a team to give us the absolute best solution and took the time to make sure we were getting the best deal too.I trust these guys and they helped turn what was a literal nightmare (not exaggerating believe it or not) into a best case scenario.Thank you Daniel for your time, patience, compassion, and commitment. Thank you Hector for your problem solving, teamwork, and humor. And thank you Abraham for taking our concerns seriously and ensuring we weren’t going to be paying an arm and a leg.

I spoke with verizon representative before I Walked in for a new sim card due to a malfunction. Which i was informed that it was free. I was charged $30 in store, they said mailing sim card was free but not for in person. I called verizon later again to double confirm they said they shouldn't have charged me, guaranteed me that i would be getting a reimbursement but even after 1 month i still haven't received the payment yet. Now they re telling me that since im not an account holder they cannot give me the money back.
