I spent about $460, but I bought a new phone, accessories, including port, case, and protector. I also got insurance and paid for my first month of service. So if was a pretty good deal. I got a $440 phone for only $149, so now I own the iPhone and don't have to worry about payments every month. It was a pretty sweet deal.

Danny was amazing and patient although he was dealing with short staff and one very rude customer in particular. The patience he showed to that rude customer as well as simultaneously juggling three different people needs was very impressive. Was able to upgrade my device at a great price and even helped me look at how I could optimize my phone plan. Thank you Danny!

I was welcomed immediately upon entry into Verizon. I was assisted by Lafay, a very kind gentleman who was very attentive. He let me know all deals going around and assisted me with finding the right device and plan for me. I did not have to worry about navigating price or how to make everything fit within my budget because he found the right devices, cases, plans, etc and did so pretty quickly. I even decided to continue services with Verizon after buyout which I had previously been debating. Overall a really good experience. He was polite the whole way through and even helped to organize my device cases, receipts, and everything into my bag so when everything was complete I didn’t have to I could just enjoy the phone upgrade, tablet, cases and be on my way. Customer Service of any aspect needs them a Lafay.

My experience at Verizon was everything plus the customer service the gentlemen gave me was perfect he didn’t just tryna get me to purchase something just so he could make a sale but he really was caring enough to ask question cercerning my budget and what best would fit my budget phonewise he was a angel I wished I would’ve gotten his name cause he surely knew mine as he greeted me a family well the Verizon family that he but that’s the best of humanity when it’s not just about the job but the human

Happy with the visit, unhappy with the end results. Just literally nothing is working. Cant get into any account, no information is correct for some reason, and delivery took about twice as long as it was supposed to.Support is taking forever to answer. Extra star because the guy was cool.

LaFay was the store representative who helped me. He was so knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. Shared so much information with me about promotions and was very patient with me. My experience was great.

Came here on the morning 2/10/24 at 10:20am , store was completely closed, bar type gates were all locked up lights off, but the business says open at 10:00am. That was my first issue. Service started out nice, until it wasn't. My fiancé was picking up oh iPhone 15 Pro that we pre ordered & when I get there, they're throwing all these add ons my way & I asked does my phone come with a charger cable or just the box and he said "no it doesn't come with anything you have to buy separately". Cool. Only to find out my phone DID come with the cable so I was charged $35 unnecessarily. Next issue, I got a phone case, come to find out when I get to work and get ready to set my phone up in her case... THEY GAVE ME THE 15 PRO MAX case .. completely different size. So ANOTHER $57 unnecessarily charged. A total of $90 over charging me when I should've paid $30 an ended up paying $125 because they want to make a sale and not know their products. Mind you, I had a trainee (Julian T AND the Store Manager (Adrian was his name I believe) helping me start to finish so this type of issues shouldn't have happened at all. On top of that I have to come back to get my money back, pay more parking because I paid $10 the first time now I have to pay again just to get this handled. Do not go here because clearly whether a traineee or manager is helping you, it still didn't turn out right. Shame on y'all for stealing this kind of money. $90 of over charging someone because you don't know your products??? Crazy. Also, open the store on time not 25 min after it says you should be open. ALSO DONT PAY WITH CASH! They don't give you your cash back if you paid with cash because they don't keep any cash in store they only deposit any cash they get so if you paid in cash you're outta luck they'll only give you store credit.. this place shouldn't be open and operating at all.
