I had an issue with my phone. I need an upgrade and I needed a new plan and the people here at the store Michael and raul are some of the best employees you could ever have not only are they patient but they are kind they're intelligent and they're responsible. if you really want to get good reviews in your store hire men like this, they take care of the customer they believe in helping him all the way. Thank you

Jonathan was wonderful to work with, and helped me out with my iPhone issues AND even gave me some bonus advice that helped my father save money on his monthly bill. At a time when other phone companies could undercut Verizon on pricing, this is what keeps people loyal customers to Verizon -- give Jonathan a promotion/raise and hire more people like him!The other Verizons within the DTLA area have pretty terrible reviews with respect to customer service and much, much worse, so I chose this location to visit instead -- and I'm glad I did!
