DO NOT GO HERE! I took my younger brothers watch in for a battery replacement. They did it quickly and handed it back to me. when i was walking around the next day i noticed there was condensation under the glass. this watch is submersible up to 100 meters so i know it shouldn’t be that way just walking around, not to mention the cover on the underside was crooked.
when i took it back they told me it wasn’t their fault although it didn’t happen until they put hands on it. the person who worked on it went as far as to say that i was trying to bring in a different watch and pass it off as the first. i raised my voice at him for trying to gaslight me and calling me a liar and they threatened to call the cops. terrible customer service, terrible work. don’t go here, they deserve to be bankrupt.

If I can give a no star, I will. Very Bad and unprofessional people here. One sells man tells you one thing and another tells you another thing. Very ruth. I don't recommend this place. DON'T GO HERE. MUY MAL SERVICIO Y SON MENTIROSOS. I Don't need you to reply to my Review. And your policies were not explain. You were not there in the beginning so don't answered or replied to something you don't know.

Very bad service, the young man, very friendly, doing his job very well. But that arrogant and annoying old man with the way, if you want, well, if not, go somewhere else, he throws away whoever's job in seconds. If you don't have the patience to take care of a business, go make life miserable at home.

Worst service ever! Paid for them to fix my bracelet but instead of resizing like I told them they hardly made it smaller and left my bracelet wrong. When I told him about it, he told me I would have to pay an extra amount for them to do what I paid them to do in the first place and fix the sides they left wrong. Never coming again
