I stopped in looking for a very specific product that they did not have. It was fine because it was basically sold out everywhere. The guy behind the desk went above and beyond to help me find it with another retailer.and he was through. He check for like 15 min and helped me locate it somewhere else.

This place is amazing!! If anyone is looking for a dog this is the place to come to and adopt. These cuties need a home. There’s a video on TikTok and interviewed one of the employees. Great video! Go check it out. Oct 2023 @daimeecharisma_rosales

This is a long, long overdue review however, it should be shared of this experience with Vanderpump dogs. A few years ago, my previous employer was very interested in collaborating in a fundraiser. As they state they are a 501(c)(3) organization and contributions are accepted. However, they are very particular in the amount they want to accept. Just to set the tone, this occurred when it was season 9 of the real housewives of Beverly Hills. As mention above, Reached out to VPD from my employer at that time was very much interested in collaborating in a fundraiser. My employer would set a day and a few hours, and a portion of the sales during those hours would be donated to VPD. The email got in the hands of an employee by the name of John B. From the very beginning, John was very much interested in how much money would be collected. But the most he was more interested was for my employer to have a product made for the sale proceeds will go to VPD. He asked to forward the request of the creation of the product to our upper company. Afterwords, we did not hear a thing from him. A few weeks had pass with no responses or with an answer. We reached out once again. Got a responses back from John. He said that before they can confirmed to the fundraiser he wanted to make sure how much money (as In number wise) was going to be made from the day. When we told him it all depend on the promoting part (we were planning this for one whole month prior to a date, however with no response from John, it only gave less than 2 weeks to get the word out in regards to the fundraising.) after that, we heard nothing back from John and we decided to no longer pursue the fundraising project with VPD. I was unaware that none profits are very much interested in the mount of dollar wise to be accepted. From the looks of it, VPD is. When I entered it was a bit hectic, I wasn't sure if I was allowed past the gate or not and it took me one min to ask someone if I could walk in. The staff was all really friendly and they even apologized to me for the loud barking, which was totally fine. I purchased a lot of toys and treats for my friends dogs birthday. It was cute inside, nothing amazing or new. My dogs enjoyed their time inside.

I just adopted my pup Isabella (though I changed her name) from Vanderpump Dogs and had a great experience. First, the dogs there seem MUCH happier and better cared for than at most rescues and adoption fairs I visited. They have a beautiful, well-maintained space and there are 1-2 dogs per fenced-off area instead of several, like at some places. They also have a cute outdoor area on the roof where the dogs play. Isabella is the sweetest dog - I couldn't have asked for a more perfect fit. After I visited last week and filled out the forms, I sent in a video of my home and they let me know I was approved to foster-to-adopt for 72 hours. I didn't need the full 3 days - when you know, you know. When I went back to fill out forms and pay the fee, Isabella was happy to be there and see her friends which is a good sign that she was treated well there. Big thanks to Chad, Chris and Natalie who helped me out. I highly recommend looking for your next pet at Vanderpump Dogs. We'll definitely go back for grooming.

This place is so lovely and tasteful for dogs and people! The staff was great. This place does not take cash though...which held me from buying a puppy purse that's not even on their website :( I give it 5 stars because it's worth checking out and all the causes they help and the 100% goes back to helping these amazing pups find homes. I will be back!

My husband and I stopped by before flying home to Minnesota on 8/19. I got a leash and collar set. I shared I own an American Pit Bull Terrier and he thanked me for owning one as many are still so scared of the breed. He and I shared pics of our dogs, he gave me recommendations on the sets he showed me and was really kind. I first asked if they had any red collars (silly me, Lisa’s color is pink haha), and he suggested another shop down the street, but I shared I am a fan of Lisa and wanted to get one here. I am very happy with our purchase. Thanks for the great experience!!!

The energy here is stale. The dogs seem miserable. majority of the staff need a permanent vacation back home. Why do they seem like there held against their freedom here? It's just a job, If you clearly hate what you do and despise offering decent customer service, maybe you should go back home?
