Have tried pretty much every major brand of DJ headphones and keep returning to V-Moda. My first pair, the LP2, was stolen and I promptly replaced them with another LP2 because nothing else compared. Eventually, after three or so years of heavy use the cable port at the headphone wore out and I replaced them with the M-100 and LOVE them. Sold the LP2 to a friend who doesn’t mind the loose connection. Hoping they stand up to more abuse than the LP2.

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. In order for you to submit your failing headphones to warranty they make you cut the cables and send them a video. After that they sent you a new pair. The new pair was "sent" in October from 2021. 4 months ago. According to them it takes 8 weeks. But guess what? THEY HAVE NO IDEA WERE MY HEADPHONES ARE. Simply because they paid the CHEAPEST SHIPPING METHOD that DOESN'T ALLOW TRACKING. That made my package to get lost and me being left without any working Headphones. I'm a musician, like many of you, Music is the way I make a living. I been deeply affected in many way by their HORRENDOUS Costumer service, Who doesn't care about their costumers and lie to them openly just to not do their job. Many promises have been broken and all they do is to tell you to wait. I'm deeply DISAPPOINTED because I don't know how much time will it take for them to Admit that the package is LOST and send a new pair. They have to admit their responsibility, Simply because is their legal obligation to replace the headphones just like they advertise on their website.I will BLAST them on internet, letting people know how horrible this company is. Please don't use them because their headphones don't last a year, and even of the do, the won't make your warranty valid and they will treat you like myself. VMODA you're a horrible company.

I paid for first class international postage. Unfortunately, there is no time period or ETA mentioned on the shippings page, or the delivery email I received.I have been waiting for 35 days for my headphones, with no update.BILLY then responded to my inquiry, saying that first class will take 6-8 weeks. Why was I not informed earlier?I then asked if BILLY could at least defer the 60 day refund GUARANTEE until I actually received the headphones. BILLY denied said request.I also asked if BILLY could defer my warranty until I received the product. BILLY ignored the question.Do not purchase from v-moda directly. If you really REALLY need to purchase their products, use Amazon as they actually care about their customers."Sorry for the inconvenience" BILLY.

Justo to be clear, the one star is for the COMPANY and not for the product. I was waiting for my item for about one month, and after several lies and excuses such as"Your order has been processed and shipped. Once it's scanned at the next location the tracking will be updated."I had to request refound. If you really want to stick to this brand, I recommend you to buy it from a physical store or just buy from another brand that respects the customers. One more time, I'm rating the company only, since I did not even received the product to say if it is good or not.

Hexamove Pro - these are the worst!! They suction so well, when you pull them out, its painful on your eardrum. Customer service said, pull out slower. That's the worst!! They won't let me return even tho there is actual PAIN. Ive worn them once. Very sad this is the result of me contacting them. #notgood #badreview #painful #vmoda #hexapro

I have been a loyal V-Moda customers since 2013, have purchased several of their headphones since then, and have not had the issues faced with the M-200 ANC model. I bought this pair a year ago, and would run into sporadic issues where the Headphones would only connect via bluetooth to 1 device. When trying to pair to another device, it would not connect, despite forgetting the device. Next, the device would fail to turn on despite being fully charged. I ended up sending the headphones back for repair. While they were in the "shop" my warranty subsequently expired. They send me back my headphones and marked them as "repaired". Upon testing, yet again they would fail to connect to my iPad after previously being connected to my iPhone. They also failed to turn on randomly, despite being fully charged. I connected with Billy from V-Moda support, who said my warranty had expired and if I wanted I could send them in again for them to investigate the issue. I replied and explained that my warranty expired while they were being "repaired". No response back from Billy or from V-Moda. So much for 6 star support, and the immortal life program. I now have $500 dollar headphones that can only be used in wired mode, eliminating the reason why I bought this pair to begin with. After this experience I cannot buy another pair of V-Moda's and will switch to a different brand with better customer support. Be wary of this model.

How the mighty have fallen. I used to rate these headphones very highly, my crossfade M-100s are still a fine pair of headphones, however the same cannot be said for the Crossfade wireless I brought a little over a year ago.The electronics failed after a year and a half, convenienetly just after the warranty expired. All they can offer is 20% of a new pair of headphones, provided I send my broken ones back to the US. When taking into acount customs charges getting a new pair sent back this will probably cost me more than it will saveA good pair of headphones from a good manufacturer should last more than a year and a half, and I always had V-Moda down as a good manufacturer. Clearly this is not the case anymore, so much for 6 star service.Avoid like the plauge!

Ordered a pair of headphones from them. They have been lost for more than 3 months now, i actually had the time to move out before they got to me. They can't resend the headphones back to me or at the very least refund me. 400$ Wasted

The worst client service I had in my life!!I wasa regular client of V-MODA but I am never buying anything again from them and I sugest all of you to do the same! The bluetooth on their new Crossfade Codex edition is not working at all (dying after 2h only!) and they won't give you another pair even though this is a manufacturing defect.- On top of that - Some peaces of plastic around the cussions area are falling off even though I did not drop my pair of headphone (the pair was only 10 months old when the plastic started to fall). Own up to your promises! There is no such thing as 14h of bluethooth connexion!Worst company ever to buy music related product!Don't expect them to treat you like a client, they are only there for the money. After being a client for 5 years I had enough of all the problems and excuses. FIND A SOLUTION FOR PROBLEMS YOU CREATED!

Do not buy headphones from this company. I purchased a set of wireless headphones directly from V-Moda. Within three weeks of receiving them, they died. They would not take a charge or turn on. I returned them to V-Moda, who decided the headphones needed to be replaced (this took two weeks to complete). They sent me a new pair. After two weeks of having this new pair, they have died...exactly same issue as with the first pair (no charge, no light, won't turn on). I have contacted the company and they have refused to exchange or refund. I purchased these less than two months ago and they will not stand behind their one-year warranty policy. I now have to write off this money but you don't have to...buy from a different company and have reliable headphones.

I own a pair of Crossfade M-100s: superb materials quality and brilliant sound with rich bass. The staff is very kind and available for any need: they do everything to help you solve any kind of problem with courtesy. I also had shields customized with my 3D logo: truly exceptional! 5 stars are not enough to express my satisfaction ... Great!
