Beautiful bowls and plates with large sales, 10/10 would replace my entire cupboard again.

Beautiful store with traditional and modern takes on Japanese cutlery and dishes. Lots of beautiful tea pots and bowls. Would love to come here and buy a set for my future place. Everything has great craftsmanship and they have affordable stuff too.

Amazing product selection with reasonable prices and lots on sale. Free validated parking! They even play jazz records in the store. I love this place.

I frequently went there to purchase "made in Japan" plates and bowl, but I feel disappointed with today's service. A girl who is not Asia but speak fluently Japanese has a bad attitude. I kindly asked for info about my recipe, but her attitude is arrogant. I won't come to this place anymore.

My god it's so cute in here! A beautiful, atmospheric little kitchenware store in a mall behind Little Tokyo. It's so quiet but the bell chimes inside are so welcoming. The manager (?) is also really nice :) The prices are fair and everything is presented neatly. I personally appreciate their iron teapots, I will definitely be back to splurge. The designs they have are definitely more sleek and earthy than the majority of homewares sold in Little Tokyo! i love it here

This place has more options for Japanese tableware within L.A., but I wish the selection were nicer. They do have some things that I did not find at other shops, but too many things are commonly sold at other "cheap" stores. Like the origami crane chopsticks rest. I was very disappointed that their miso soup bowl selection was slim, and I was shocked and appalled to see plastic ones. When I asked the girl behind the counter a question, I was surprised by her icy, matter-of-fact, one-word response. As I was getting ready to pay, another (older) employee arrived. Since I grew up in Japan, my first language is Japanese, so I understood what the girl said to the employee who just arrived. The girl was charming and warm to the arriving colleague. Since she is face-to-face with customers, she should interact with customers in the same warm way as she did with her colleague. After all, our purchases are how she gets paid, and the management should remind her of that.

Check out this amazingly cute shop! They have a wide array of Japanese inspired kitchenware, cups, plates, chopsticks, chopstick holders, and everything in between. The shop keepers were really nice and always had a smile. Be sure to bring your parking ticket for validation there when your purchase something!

Great shop in Little Tokyo if your looking for bowls and tea sets. Huge selection and the prices are reasonable. Friendly staff and they provide parking validation as well with purchase.

Cute little adorable ceramics store in the Mall!! They had these cute tea sets that were on clearance on the outside of the store. Very unique Knick knacks which I thought were impressive and reasonably priced.

Amazing place to get plates, bowls, and accessory-ware. Everything seems Japanese inspired and mostly Japanese made items which the quality speaks for itself! There's also a discount section if you are looking to save a few more dollars! The service is typical for a mom and pop shop- get your items you want and then pay for it upfront. I'd come back to get more kitchenware!

Ahhh I don't want to give away this secret away, but this place is where you can get genuine Japanese ceramic art created.

If you love Japanese style kitchenware or anything more organic looking, then this is the place to go. I got some beautiful new plates, bowls, and bamboo utensils here recently and I feel like they really elevate my plating to make all my meals look pretty fancy. The prices can be a little expensive but you're getting something handmade and more unique than by getting something at your local CB2 for example. Only complaint I have would be that the lady working at the register didn't seem to be in the greatest mood. Maybe she was having a rough day but I expected more friendliness and smiles from the staff. Despite this, I will still definitely be back once I free up some more cabinet space from older plating that I no longer want.
