This is the third time my important documents have gone missing from this post office. I don't know how the postman delivered them, as they have never been received; either they were stolen or recklessly thrown away and lost. No one takes responsibility at this office. This situation causes customers a lot of hardship and loss of money to replace valuable items such as ID cards, passports, and other important documents. Something fishy is going on here.

The lady doing finger printing is rude and unprofessional. Not that you have any other choice but just a heads up.

The lady doing the passport/fingerprinting manifested extremely controlling behavior, which bordered on racial discrimination against Chinese Americans. She designated where I should stand: she would call me out even if I stood even a few inches away from where she would want me to stand. At the end of the fingerprinting sessions, an Asian male clerk mistakenly called me to his counter even though I should pay at another counter. The fingerprinting lady impatiently stopped me and designated where I should be standing for the second time, even though I was not at fault because the male clerk was responsible for misguiding me.
Besides, this fingerprinting lady was joking around with all the white and black customers while at work but treated me very differently with a condescending attitude, trying to find fault in everything I did and every sentence I said.

This is the worst post office in the whole United States! The workers are always eating snacks on their desk, not paying attention to you, not looking up, only talking to each other. Seriously who runs that store? The worst and unreliable work ethic, move like turtles, take their time, done care about long lines - don’t want to work or help people out. Only give short answers, very annoyed by customers and so much more! I am genuinely sad and I can’t believe that this is allowed and these people represent and work for the government.

Rude people. Even if you don't love the job, when you work you should try to have a kind tone with customers, especially when they simply ask a question.

The ladies at this post office have been consistently helpful and cheerful. It's the only post office I will go to in person. I really enjoy them and I've been using this post office for 20 years! My particular mail lady is terrific as well, Rita. Sometimes the lines are long, so I suggest going at odd-off hrs. I think if you are not nice to them, then you might not get a great response. But if you are anything from reasonable and above, you'll have a lovely if not fun experience...

The team here is very nice. However, all of their services are out of date. For example, the USPS said they offered fingerprinting services but the machine has been broken for a very long time.

Worst experience ever, i found online that package sent from oversea (cost me 150 dollar to send) delivering on 22nd of jan 2024, they left the notice because i wasnt there, i was at home , but i thought i just missed it. Went online to reschedule, and i did on 25th - was home all day of rescheduled date and day after, online update never changed and no delivery. On saturday i received a call saying they will deliver today, waited front of my room (live in aprtment), i received a text saying i missed it again. No knock on door, no call or text to meet downstair, just left the final notice on mailbox. Called agent, person told me since i received final notice package is going back to sender, and because it saturday theres nothing i can do... delivery person never actually try to deliver this, and agent did not help ,e at all at csc. Im out of 150 bucks and more to resend this package.

The ladies at the counter are the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. I went to this office for fingerprinting services. Machine had some minor issues, and it took several times to get my fingerprints taken. Not a great situation since I was in a rush. The lady who was helping me was patient, had such a positive attitude and handled everything with care. Got my results online the same day!

Lazy workers lying to me saying that the package went out for delivery, and the manager gave them those instructions, even though I was left a note to pick it up the next day, with the date on and everything.I’ve seen other reviews with the same issue, what are the workers doing behind that blue door that they rather not to fetch packages, they just lie, this is the twilight zone. If they go to work just to hangout, they should pay for the entertainment not get paid for a job not done. People can have no compassion no heart, we dedicate time and resources to get our packages, important personal packages paid for. And we get this treatment. This is sick.
