Worst passport service! So unprofessional, rude, useless & extremely nasty employees to certain customers. Not sure how they are still employed there! They are like a joke working for government, belittling & screaming at customers. In reality, They would not survive in real corporate world and would have been fired the first day!!!!!!

Truly the worst post office. I’m truly considering moving from my apartment because I just cannot deal with USPS anymore. My packages keep disappearing, my mailman mark as delivered and simply doesn’t, I talked to many people and no one can ever help. I’m missing mail and packages, talked to my neighbors and same with them, that’s just not acceptable.

Idk what ppl are talking about, I scheduled an appointment for my passport came in, lady at the desk was very kind turns out I was missing a copy and she was super helpful told me to just go down the street and get a copy, came back and was in and out in 15 minutes workers were all cordial and nice, much much better than any DMV or passport office I’ve ever been to definitely will come here next time

That notorious passport desk lady. I had to make an appointment at this office since it was the earliest one that I can make. I greeted with a big smile she returned the grumpiest face that I've ever seen, no words. Well, that's fine, I get it, expectation was a little high, but why that RUDE?? It's bummer that other staffs were great and friendly. Good for me, I won't need to deal with this office ever again. Pro Tip : If you need to make a passport appointment, go somewhere else.

I thought I lost two important international packages because the mailman never attempted to deliver and did not leave the slip on my door or mailbox. Called numerous times with no answer. Had to file missing request to find out it’s held at the post office weeks after. If you’re too lazy to delivery up to my building then the least you can do is leave a delivery attempt slip so I know it’s not lost. Please just at least do the bare minimum.

This team is truly awesome. They really care about the work at the community they serve. Passport was easy there, just make sure to go in their designated hours for walk-ins. A+! And parking is easy :)

Always have good experience here. Ladies and gentleman at the register are always nice and polite and make me laugh. Had passport appointment and took just a few minutes.

RE: USPS Office on Barrington in L.A./Brentwood. Noticed that other reviewers stated negative remarks about this office. The experience of my husband and myself, quite the opposite. Doing a Passport application transaction, everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful, smiling, efficient, and knowledgeable. Process was easy and quick, completed in no time - employees were great. Don't know what happened to the other commenters, but they must have been having a bad day to begin with. This is not my local PO where they know me and I have a great working relationship (they dont do passports), but these folks were just as great although my husband and I were new faces.

Rude, 100 percent of the time. Been there in the morning, afternoon and night. Always rude, even if you are nice. It’s a hard job, I get that.

Wow, this is the wort post office I’ve ever been too. I recommend you never go to this office. The big lady that helps with passports, has no manners. She has no politeness in speech. Super disrespectful when asked a simple question. She also does not answer the questions you ask. Drove almost 2 hours in traffic to talk to the lady to help with passports and she was no help. She was such in a rush and there was no one behind us either.
