Your operator roddy or Ronny, I don’t remember, is simply terrible. Find a replacement for him. How can I not come constantly some kind of negativity from him. If he doesn’t like the job, then the job needs to be changed; people who come to him for a service are not obliged to listen to and tolerate his negativity. Yes, I speak English poorly, but at the same time I understand most people. I don't understand this man! Because besides the fact that he has put on a mask, he is also standing there muttering, it is not at all clear what he is saying. I tell him I don’t understand you, instead of clearly explaining what he’s telling me, he starts yelling at me. What is this anyway? Am I in the market? Why does this person allow himself to yell at me? He cheated me at the checkout. When the error in the calculations was pointed out to him, he even got angry. Is he taking this money into his own pocket? Or does his bonus depend on how many people he deceived? Apparently it seemed to him that if I don’t understand English well, then I’m generally stupid. Just awful. I will never return to your department again.

I hate this post office so much. Every time I order a package I pray to god it doesn’t arrive there and it usually does. Every single damn time is insufficient address even though it traveled all the way from Sunnyvale completely fine. These workers are just lazy and rude. I go through a huge process every single time

Generally I find this is a better USPS with friendlier staff, easier parking, and shorter lines than the others in West LA. Bring your own pen, tape, whatever supplies, but other than that, I am generally a big fan of this USPS.

Absolute worst customer service. The lady at the counter completely refused to give me one single piece of tape for my package. I literally had to buy a $4 roll instead. Oh and better have your own pen because God forbid you don’t have one and need one, she didn’t have that either. Really terrible service.

I do not expect much from any post office but this one takes the cake in how rude the employees are and how poorly run this place is. Avoid it if you can!

Unpleasant and discriminatory.Picked up a package from here. Waited 10 minutes in line for someone to take my pick-up slip. She disappeared into the back and I never saw her again.Watched 3 postal workers at the counter help dozens of people while another gentleman and I were told to wait off to the side for pickups. Several people went to the counter who had pick-ups and were immediately given their packages. When I spoke up after 30 minutes of waiting with no update (and the other gentleman not even being helped), the man behind the desk told me to "be patient". He continued helping other customers. It took 45 minutes to get my package and I'm not sure the person waiting with me was ever helped.Didn't feel like I was treated like a human and felt like the man waiting with me was discriminated against for not speaking fluent English.

Worst Post Office Ever. Packages always mark delivered and nothing delivered. Especially when you know it's a lie. Just want to know where are those undelivered packages marked delivered goes to.

Mailing a postcard in Los Angeles, California...After I found an appropriate postcard with a picture of the Southern California coastline at CVS in the Palms area, I addressed and stamped the card right away. I wrote a short note to my friend in Germany. It will take a while to get to its destination, but it's fun to send and receive old school "happy mail"!According to GPS, the closest post office was this one on Motor Avenue. I was really happy to find a free, covered parking structure attached to the post office building. I walked in and saw a short line of customers. I just dropped the card into the slot and went on my way! How efficient is that? Thanks to the US Postal Service for being reliable and trustworthy!

My experience here has never been problematic. The people who work the front are very friendly and do the best they can to help with the resources they have access to. I am typically in and out without any issues.

This is truly the worst post office in all of Los Angeles… staffed by brainless zombies who could care less about serving customers or doing their job on even a basic level. Avoid at all costs.

An exceptionally terrible experience. Dropped off three packages and conveniently only two were scanned in. The package with the highest value was not and now two weeks later my customer has canceled their order due to not having received the shipment and I have lost sales. This USPS branch provided me with zero help and claimed that I never dropped it off. I asked if I could speak to the branch manager and review the video surveillance of me clearly dropping off THREE packages. They will not help you at all nor will they even try to find the package. Based off of the other reviews on this branch I'm convinced the employees are pilfering through packages and taking what the want. Will be reporting this branch. Please save yourself a headache and lost income by never going to this branch.
