I had an appointment for Saturday and I was kind of nervous at first because I saw the reviews but I want to update you guys as of August 24th of year 2024 i had a passport and picture appointment as well they were so kind and I was happy with the customer service specially with Lupe she took her time on the paperwork and also Veronica she was so kind too I really recommend this place.

It was very weird when they tore down the post office on 6th with no notice. I'm glad this one is available!

Unlike the other reviews, the place was open today when I went at 9:20am. Came here twice so far and both times it was open and there were no lines. The lady was friendly too.

I don't know why this location exists if it's only open whenever someone feels like it. 11 am and it's dark and empty.

Never has it seen open when it's supposed to be. Come here 3 times during normal open hours and is closed. Random hours.

I came here to get my passport done because i was going out of the country in a month. Turns out the online schedule doesn’t apply in person. Asked some of the workers around the mall and they said that it has been closed for months. My advice don’t waste your time

In the map it says that is open but when i came here there is a sign that said that they are opening at 4:15pm (just before their closing time) and no one has come. Such a waste of time i had to go to another location came back here and still nothing. Worst place
