My postal worker constantly marks packages as delivered when they are not. Many times the deliveries have materialized 3-5 days later, once 2 months later when another tenet gave the package to management. Thie final straw was me not receiving a Mother's Day gift marked as delivered which never was. I want a new postal worker. One that it honest, competent and reliable. Until then they are the bane ofy existence and have cost my $175 for an item never received marked delivered. Thanks for the mess and being out of a mother's day gift and $175. If you live in West Hollywood (90046) Please start reporting your carrier. This is unacceptable

Long lines, severely under staffed, You may or may not get your mail depending on who is delivering for that day. Mailman comes when they feel like it. Homeless encampment all around. Little to no parking. If I didn't have to deal with this location, I wouldnt.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They not only "lost" a package that contained all of my Christmas presents in 2015. This week, I had my mail held for 5 weeks while I was out of the country. The mail was supposed to be delivered on April 29th. I have still not received the mail. I get a daily preview of my mail in my email (started that after they lost my Christmas presents) and I am missing very important documents - including a tax refund check from the state, a union membership card, health insurance cards, a letter from the IRS, and more! I have no clue if I will ever get that mail - particularly my refund - and it has cost me hours and hours of time and lord knows how much in the future trying to track down and have those things resent. Utterly disappointed and angry.

I normally don't write reviews of places I visit, but WOW, the staff's attitude was extremely rude. There are many postal offices around, don't use this one.

this was the first time I had to do with this post office, and I am so accelerated how they treated my case. They really went over and beyond to help me. They tracked a package that was already on the way to a wrong location. I was very desperate because I had to leave the US back to Germany and I never would have imagined they would help!!
Especially a very big thank you to Brian!!!
He had no benefit from helping me.
So to all the people who had bad experiences and didn’t ask for something completely out of the way or illegal, I hope, the next time you will get the chance to have such a great experience as I did maybe next time ask for Brian!! ☺️

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I find the ladies there to be friendly, helpful and delightful. I've shipped hundreds of packages without issue.

ONE person available to help at the window during the holiday shipping rush. Very frustrating. Please hire more help. That said, the guy that did eventually assist me was super friendly!
