Complete apathy and totally lack of accountability. If you are nearby and receiving mail from these people please be very wary. I had a sensitive piece of mail incorrectly delivered and inevitably opened by someone else. I brought the issue to usps and they put me in contact with the manager here. Wow - what an unpleasant experience. Like I said, blatant apathy and total lack of accountability. Basically said she gave the carrier a reminder and that’s all she could do for me. And then took up an attitude with me when I expressed that that was not a satisfactory solution for me when the carrier is obviously negligent and I no longer feel comfortable with their services. But it’s fine - I’ll be escalating the issue because clearly I’m not the only one who has had major issues with these people. I’m very serious when I say, be diligent when it comes to your mail. These people don’t care or take their position of carrying sensitive mail seriously.

Absolutely the worst usps I have ever been to rude staff, place looks like it’s in shambles. Like how difficult it is just to get a receipt. Do your job! If you hate your job like those people at DMV quit!

I am tracking a package with them. I got one phone call, but whenever I call back (12-15 times now) the line is either busy or it rings w/ no answer. Actually, I did get an answer ONCE, yesterday. But the person I needed to talk to wasn't in that day. So here I am, trying to call in again, and the phone rings and rings and no one answers it. What kind of a business operates like this??

I am genuinely convinced the people working here would get lost walking a straight line. They held my building's mail without notifying the building owner that they were doing so and for their reason (which was legitimate). When I learned this and went to pick up my mail, they only gave me part of what they had stored. Why not just give me everything being held or organize the mail being held so it's not stored in multiple places, thus causing the issue? I missed vital bills and paychecks that were held in a different pile until my landlord collected everything for the building and sorted it himself. The Staff do things like walk away and leave one attendant to help 6+ people in line during a rush, not follow up with updates like a package being returned when you go try picking up the package they're supposedly holding, and a whole host of just absolute inefficiency.

Someone here stole my package and there is zero accountability. I dropped off a 4' x 18" X 12" box, which I handed through a locked security door to the postal worker. They scanned it in and that was it. 3 weeks later and it never made it to the scanner at the sorting facility. There is zero accountability. Just so you are aware you cannot take USPS to small claims court. LAPD doesn't care and will not help you at all. I'm out $2,300 after the $1,000 insurance payout. $1,000 is the maximum I could take out. I still have a few routes so anyone reading this will know what to do:- Contact the Postmaster, I doubt this will resolve anything.- file a claim against the US government- hope my home insurance policy will cover the rest

Chris, a supervisor, was extremely rude, dismissive, demeaning, and woefully unhelpful. I was seeking guidance about a letter I received from a station on Pasadena concerning a change of address for the law firm I work at. He couldn't be bothered to look at the letter, thought it was appropriate to laugh, only told me to go to "that post office." I told him there is no post office listed on the letter. He just continued to say "that" and then walked away while we were talking. When I asked a clerk of he was coming back she came back and said "he went to put the back to help an employee that quick." While she was spelling I heard employee yelling for Chris. So Chris is a liar too.And Alam. Who was super unhelpful for the entire conversation and said nothing but "I told her. She didn't listen." When he told me nothing helpful because he didn't look at the letter I received.

If you like standing around all day in dingy and dimly lit rooms then this is the place for you. As a special bonus, the employees at this location are impossible to work with due to their incompetence and rude attitude. Other than that, it’s a lovely place.

I had an appointment here to apply for a passport for my daughter. The lady who 'assisted' us was incredibly disrespectful and told me that the photo I submitted (taken only a few hours earlier, wearing the same outfit) was not my child. She asked a coworker to confirm, who clearly thought she was joking. Clearly there was a racial component because my child has lighter skin than I do. As soon as my husband stepped in, the service changed. The last place I expected to receive racial discrimination was at a post office, but yes, it happens everywhere.
