I've never seen such rudeness and lawlessness in my life! They don't do their job at all. My mom sent me a package from abroad (she wanted to give me a gift) that I didn't even know about. The USPS didn't even bother to notify me in 30 days that they have a package for me!! They didn't leave any notifications, they didn't call me (my phone number was written on the box). They just took it and sent it back to my mom in the bathroom! And what did my mother pay the money for?? This is the worst service in the world!! And customer support (Diana Montes) does not work at all and does not help customers, but only unsubscribes that they are very sorry that they do not fulfill their obligations!!

Terrible service, I came in today to drop off a package and there was no one out front, didn’t wait long though, when Liza T (saw her badge with her name) came out she was blasting her music, didn’t even acknowledge anyone there, when it was my turn, she didn’t even say hi or nothing. Felt very uncomfortable just dropping off my package and when she gave my my receipt I said “thank you” and no response back whatsoever. She definitely doesn’t like working here. Not a very pleasant place to come to.

This place lost a certified letter with $15,000 in savings bonds, and refuse to do anything to assist me in locating it! They only get a star because it's the lowest I can go. They've left me with ZERO RECOURSE! They lost or stole my savings bonds, and they tell me I can't do anything about it but hope it turns back up then they'll call me. Crooked operation with the worst, ABSOLUTE WORST, staff on site. Stay the hell away from them if you can!!

Outside of Post office is filthy with trash and bum's. Glass door never seems to be clean. Workers are cool, though.
