Terrible service, I came in today to drop off a package and there was no one out front, didn’t wait long though, when Liza T (saw her badge with her name) came out she was blasting her music, didn’t even acknowledge anyone there, when it was my turn, she didn’t even say hi or nothing. Felt very uncomfortable just dropping off my package and when she gave my my receipt I said “thank you” and no response back whatsoever. She definitely doesn’t like working here. Not a very pleasant place to come to.

This place lost a certified letter with $15,000 in savings bonds, and refuse to do anything to assist me in locating it! They only get a star because it's the lowest I can go. They've left me with ZERO RECOURSE! They lost or stole my savings bonds, and they tell me I can't do anything about it but hope it turns back up then they'll call me. Crooked operation with the worst, ABSOLUTE WORST, staff on site. Stay the hell away from them if you can!!

Outside of Post office is filthy with trash and bum's. Glass door never seems to be clean. Workers are cool, though.

I dropped off 2 pre-paid envelopes to the left mailbox outside, and my envelopes never got mailed to my customers because they said the box was out of service. There was no sign on the box that it was out of service, and now they can’t tell me when it will be open to retrieve the envelopes. So frustrating. If you have put in any bills or outgoing mail in the past 3 weeks in the left hand mailbox, it has not been mailed. If I hadn’t said anything, they would have never known.

Our tenants purchase cashiers checks and drop off INSIDE the El Sereno branch slot or hand to the clerk and become missing, lost, stolen, sent back to the tenant with "cant send to this address" WHEN THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT, or show up 10 to 14 days after dropped off in the branch! There is someone or something not right going on here and when finally spoke to the supervisor last week she made is seem like she knew it was new employees, temps, or whatever and that's just the way it is. I will contact postmaster to investigate. We are missing 3 out of 6 rent checks this month that were WALKED INTO EL SERENO BRANCH 2 weeks ago. Will consider changing post office to Alhambra if postmaster does not crack a whip and investigate!

The people at this post office have always been so friendly and helpful. Yeah sure, sometimes there are long lines but, time it out people. Nine years ago Helen and Kathy were incredibly helpful to me in getting seemingly endlesses packages sent out, always in a last-minute hurry. Then Henry came, and it always been unfailingly nice and patient. There are new people there and I've only been a couple times but they've also been nice. Two free parking lots, always parking available.
