Incredible slow service , clerks are very very slow and also was forced to fill survey .No I didn't want finish survey .I want sent my letters that's all I want .Complete waste of my time ,which was over one hour !

The slowest USPS ever. Each client takes 20 min and only 1 or 2 person is working. Most of the times I walk to the further USPS because I get things done faster even with the extra walk. Today I am waiting here for 30 min. And I have to leave without got my stuff shipped because I have no more time for this. 10 clients are waiting and only 1 person is working.

I’ve never left a review for a post office before but this is worth it. Joyce is the best post office employee I’ve ever encountered… friendly , outgoing, and very knowledgeable. Give her a promotion!

I’d been having some issues with not receiving important letters in the mail and the supervisor for customer services JC went above and beyond to get this resolved for me. He put out test mail and made sure to communicate with me all the efforts being made to resolve this problem I’d been having. It looks like as of now my problem is fixed and I’m receiving my letters again. I really appreciate the amount of care and effort he extended to me. Up until he helped me this it had been such a long and frustrating process to try and get my mail together. Extremely grateful for workers like JC.

The older male assistant was rude and not helpful. Told me to stay in line while he was only waiting for someone who had stepped out and later told me they have my package without checking my zipcode. I stayed inline to know they dont cover my area.

The old brotha likes taking his sweet time with the ladies just to try to get some digits... Waited 10 minutes after he was done with the transaction only for him to keep flirting with a BUSTED up granny. I'm just tryna get this package picked up.

Beautiful old building, about 10 windows, 1 worker, long line. I walked a mile to get here, Friday noon, moving slow...
Gotta add though...once I got to the window to get my stamps, the young lady who helped me was THE BEST!!! She was so amazing, I asked her name to give her a shout-out....I forgot her name!!!! ?? Sharon, Sharika? She rocked it!!! She gets ALL the stars.

Avoid this place at all costs if you can. The clerks have no manners, screaming and yelling at the customers. Lady with red braids and man with huge earrings take sadistic pleasure in upsetting the customers. They should be fired. . I nearly lost 2,000 do the sheer incompetence. No apology they seemed glad. They are toxic and full of hate for customers simply trying to get mail. please FILE a REPORT with an official so that we can see some changes in staff.

They literally told me they’re not required to knock when they have a package that needs a signature, or even bring the package with them to the door. If they’re short on time, they can just bring the notice that you missed the package and leave. They’ve done this every single time unless I’ve caught them live, despite the door to my apartment being directly next to the mailbox. Complete lack of accountability, told to me as a verbally stated policy.
