Why aren't you opening the self-service lobby at 7:30am like it's posted and like it's been for many years? I came today 1/24/23 and yesterday after 7:30am and both front and back doors were still locked. Not much to ask for those of use who have PO Boxes and have to work in the morning. No way I can be back before you close everything at 5:00pm so this is the only time I have.

There was literally mail scattered all over the floor with an attendant scrambling to check each one while his boss was yelling in the back. Definitely scared me off from going back there again.

Moving to a new home with no mailbox, and saw in the USPS FAQs that I need to contact my local postmaster for any restrictions or requirements for the placement of the mailbox. I have now spent 1 hour during 3 different windows in 3 different days called the 3 local post offices (this location + York + Eagle Rock) and on each occasion, the phone rings repeatedly for 5-10 minutes before disconnecting. Literally ALL 3 LOCATIONS! Message for local post office: I'm installing my mailbox, and I'll send you the bill for any changes required based on your inability to communicate with customers. Thanks! SMH.

My grandpa used to work at this location and would come home on his lunch break since his home was nearby. A lot has changed since then, and the place could use some upkeep. Since it is only a few blocks from my house I walk here when I need stamps. Usually, there is only one or two people working the front so the wait can be long. However, they are always friendly and helpful. I wish they had a stamp machine because it would make things easier. There's a small parking lot in the back and metered parking on the street. You can enter from either direction. The P.O. Boxes are in the side lobby and mailing supplies are in the front lobby. This branch is closed on Saturday.

This is the slowest post office ever! If you are looking to kill some time this would be the place to go! If you want great quick service do not go here. Couple ladies behind the counter need a younger employee to help them because they go at a snails place!

It’s rundown and understaffed. During the pandemic there should be more people working so people are not waiting in an enclosed space too long. Workers leave protective window open exposing themselves and others.

I grew up in this area & this post office was once very clean & efficient. I noticed over the last few times I've been here, they only have one rep at the window & the longest line. The thing that bothers me the most is how dirty the place has become. I will continue to support USPS, I just won't come to this specific post office.

I have sent overnight shipping a DNA test to a lab, never arrived 2 weeks later I sent another one. It's been 5 days and the tracking number says it hasn't even left the post office. Again it's over night shipping. Screw this place.

I’ve been coming here for a few years. Some days you catch the ladies on a good day, but for the most part, one is perpetually rude. Sometimes they’ll just walk off when I’m in the middle of paying for stamps.

This place is ridiculous. Don't come to this location, just don't. They're slower than a 99 year old turtle ffs. Don't waste your time, find another location. Not to mention the multiple mail theft issues that they've had.
