Not sure what's up with the other reviews - this is a better-than-average post office for sure! Phil helped me mail my documents for a passport renewal, and he was patient, helpful, and efficient. He explained everything that I needed to do, clearly had done this a hundred times before, and even caught a mistake that I made!
It seems like this is a pretty busy office - there were two people behind the counter and about 15 people in line when it opened at 9 am. Still, I was fourth in line and was out the door by 9:10 am, so they're really quite good at managing it. No complaints!

I've been coming here for 25 years. It's still the best. Make an appointment for a Passport, don't just walk in.
There's always parking. All the other complaints on here haven't been to other Post Offices. ?

This review is directly for the only guy who is working at window today, let me tell you something Sr. you're not the only one who has had bad experiences at work, just because a homeless lady gave you a bad time, now you want to give everyone a bad time, You need to be more Professional, that's what customer service is all about, thank you for being disrespectful and rude today....!

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but I had to leave a review for this post office. I have never had such a horrible experience at a usps before as I did today, nor have I ever had a good experience at this usps. The employees will not try to help you at all. They are undertrained, do not know how to communicate clearly, and are rude (at least the lady who I've had the misfortune to be helped by twice now is). I realize that English is not everyone's first language and that communication can sometimes be hard, but if you can not even perform a task as simple as printing out a label, taping it onto a box, and charging the correct price for it, maybe you should not work front desk. Furthermore, the policies at this usps are bizarre. The employee tore the label I taped onto my box off and told me it was taped wrong, and then when I said that I did not bring any tape with me to fix the fact that she tore my label off, she told me that I'd have to buy their tape, when there was a roll of tape RIGHT BEHIND HER. they also tried to charge me for usps ground prices, even though I explicitly told her that I was shipping a book. Why are customers expected to know the usps policies better than the employees are??? I'm never coming back here again.

We went this morning to the post office to submit applications for my two minor kids and supposedly it’s a walk in no appointments. We queued on the line for over an hour and many people was also on the line with us wondering why the line is not moving we went to the Asian lady that is in charge of passport application and she answered that even tho it’s a walk in you have to sign in on a list on a paper that she holds on after discussing with her this is not fair and we told her my self and many others that she should have put a sign or a post or mention on the website that for walk in you have to sign in which was not the case and she was very rude and she started to yell and scream badly on us and this person also lacks good knowledge of English speaking please change this person who is irresponsible mean un polite to all customers.

I’m waiting to get a package, it’s been 10 minutes and I’m listening to two employees chatting with each other… Seriously what is wrong with the service!!!

I have had pleasant experiences at this post office location until today. I was so taken aback by how unprofessional the woman was who manages passports. I want to warn as many people as possible — Do not go here for your passport needs. I’m still rattled by the way she treated me and handled a seemingly simple transaction. Terribly unpleasant. Go elsewhere!

One employee in particular ruined my experience there. Incredibly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She told me that the military would “come after me” for sending my sister, who is stationed overseas, her favorite conditioner. She also forced me to buy additional padded envelopes when her coworker made a mistake and stamped extras. I will never return to that location again. Don’t go there if you are a first time international shipper, if you get that lady, good luck.

Visited this location to mail in my passport renewal. Phil was *unbelievably* friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable—he even caught that I’d forgotten to write my birthday on the check. Can’t say enough about how fantastic Phil is! Give that man a raise!

I sell fan mech and mail most out from here. The staff has been more than helpful. Some pkgs are to military posts and ships. They're more than helpful and patient with me. They walk me through the proper paperwork on what's needed.
