Consistently sends my mail to neighbors and neighbor's mail to me. Changed a package to pick up and States that it was requested by me when they really forgot to deliver it and caught it at the end of the day. Now I have to do their job to pick it up and complete the delivery.

This is my favorite post office. The line-up moves fast and the staff are very pleasant and efficient.

No parking spaces here, so I just walk to this particular post office. The last two times I went in, there was a young lady behind the counter that was super chill and professional. Processed things quickly and accurately. I normally wouldn't take my time to leave a review, but since the reviews are so bad here, I just wanted to give some credit where it's due. Hopefully things turn around and ppl start to appreciate this place.

I went to this post office this morning to mail a small and very lightweight package, I expected it to cost under two dollars. I was shocked when the young female clerk said it would be $5.25. I asked if there was a less expensive option, and she said no. So I took the exact same size package with the same item inside and went to another nearby post office. Using their automated system, after answering all the questions, the postage came out to be $1.36. So I was overcharged by almost 400%. That kind of ineptitude is unacceptable. Needless to say, I will not be going to this Post Office branch ever again.

Straight up left my eBay delivery on the sidewalk on N. Figueroa in front of an apt complex where of coarse it was ripped off . Genius. Was a huge pain to even figure out that it was even delivered that way , then the lady tried to lie about it. Nice

THEY LOST MY PACKAGE AND MY MAIL!!! THEY PUT ONLINE THAT THEY DELIVERED MY PACKAGE AND MAIL BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVED IT!!!! THEY'RE LAYING AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS SORRY WE LOST YOUR PACKAGE AND MAIL!!!! THE SUPERVISOR DON'T EVEN HELP!!! THEY'RE NOT DOING THERE JOB!!!

Horrible place with horrible people! This woman was texting on her cell phone the whole time that I was at the window! No "hello" no "thank you" as I'd I wasn't there! Whatever happenef to good customer service, seems like our society is getting worse and worse, young people today don't have values or respect anymore!!
