The people that work at this location are an absolute treasure. I always hate going to the post office but the tellers here are SO nice. Makes it much less of a headache.

Absolutely awful experience. Had purchased shipping labels beforehand to stick on my packages so I could just drop off the packages at the designated window. No one was there and the packages were piling up and anyone can steal or take the packages. So I lined up to talk to the only staff there and asked her politely to at least take those packages inside. She refused and was visibly not pleased. She said she needed to serve the people in the line first but we are customers too and had paid already. She said she’d scan the packages once she finished serving everyone so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and left. Towards the end of the day after the office had closed, I checked online to see the status of the packages and they still hadn’t been scanned. Absolutely disgusting. Do your job!

This is by far THE WORST OF THE WORST when it comes to the workers, they're ALWAYS miserable literally ALWAYS. Not one single time have I gone in there and not have been given attitude. They must be stopped! Hire new people, do some training or something! Someone getting the pay and benefits they get should NOT be able to treat the public that PAYS them the way they do! Ghetto and obnoxious quite literally is the only way I know how to describe them.. EXAMPLE - I had a QR code and two packages well I was a bit flustered with everyone in there and the way the worker was speaking to me and I asked if I could make sure I sent them to the right places she wouldn't give me either package to verify and told me let her do her job and well guess what.. the packages very well got mixed up just like I suspected.

Been coming here for a few years. The ladies who work there are very kind to me, but there is definitely an issue with wait times sometimes. If you come right before closing expect to wait a bit. No self service kiosk

They should put employees with a vocation for customer service and in Spanish, and who are not rude. They win because we use the service if they don't lose their job.

I had an issue with a missing package Shirlene Lamore was able to retrieve it for me and hold it till my son picked it up.She even called me on the phone to let me know that she will hold it at Post Office.This is First class service.Thank you Ms.Lamore appreciate your help.

Honestly the worst USPS I have ever been. The attitude was horrible even when you approach them with the kindest regards. As someone worked customer service myself, I have so much respect for workers in the service industry. But not at this USPS, whoever working at the front with the grossest attitude doesn’t deserve it and it is a shame for the company to be represented like this. All the one stars had a reason.

Wasting one hour and a half and returning on my package they wouldn’t except check under my business name. I’ve been over 2000 location that’s the worst location I have ever been to.

A middle aged woman with glasses at the front desk was very rude she was yelling for asking a simple question such as “ how to send a package” she was no help and came off with a bad attitude. She tried charging me and scamming for a free box!

The level of inefficiency and disregard for customers. The attendant sees the line isn’t moving 10-15 minutes past and she just sits there letting her coworker being the only line open. After 20 minutes of being there I had to just drive to another location. If y’all are going to care so little about customer service and timelines then at the very least please put a self serve machine in. So unhelpful.

First and last time I'll go to this specific post office. I had setup my package so I could pick it up at this location since it's walking distance from my house and the lady at the counter gave me the nastiest attitude. Not even my momma talks to me like that. Lady asked who had sent me there for the package, thought I didn't have a confirmation for it. Pretended to look for my package and after telling me it wasn't there, found it in the back and made me feel like it was my fault she was having a hard time finding it. Walked out of there not saying anything to her after grabbing my package. Woman doesn't deserve a "thank you."

Honestly, this is the worst USPS I've been to - where do I even start: the mail servants receiving mail display such a disrespectful attitude and tone. They coule literally careless about your misunderstanding of the mailing process. This Post Office shouldn't even be open; it should be closed immediately for the lack of regard for hardworking people who use public mailing services.
