Staff are very friendly & helpful, but the system is flawed! some lady brings in 2 HUGE bags of small parcels daily & they process her +100 small parcels [making everyone in line wait] while a line forms around the damn block, seriously! it’s insanity every damn time she shows up... ? everybody gets mad. someone is bound to go POSTAL here. ?
Management needs to detour High Volume customers (20+ parcels) & re-route them to the large nearby “distribution shipping center” - instead of SCREWING EVERYBODY ELSE IN LINE at this smaller understaffed station. seriously, it’s unbearable how inconsiderate this process currently is & it only suggests a lack of competency / awareness in the managers who allow this practice. they need to limit the parcel quantity, per transaction ?
I now Propose a NEW RULE — 20 parcel limit per person per transaction. you must get in the back of the line or GO TO THE BULK PROCESSING STATION if you wish to process over 20 parcels in a single simultaneous transaction! ✅ fix this ONGOING PROBLEM for a star rating increase.

Awful customer service. Jose has a very “I don’t care” attitude, if you’re here in a rush don’t even bother, they will make sure to waste your time. Also they talk bad about people who can’t speak English well, so if you’re Asian or latino and you come just know they will definitely treat you with zero patience. I witnessed it first hand, they didn’t even care that other people were listening. If you have any type of business just save yourself the hassle and go to another post office or do it yourself online. I don’t understand why they hire people who don’t care about their job or at least treat people with respect and not waste their time. Stop retaining people who clearly don’t want to work here anymore. Ridiculous.

I just wanted to say thank you to Jose for always being so nice and helpful to us. We go to the post office almost everyday and he is always in a good mood. I appreciate his amazing customer service and friendly attitude. We always make sure to go to this post office because of him. Thanks Jose.

The main thing people expect from the post office is delivering their packages to the correct address. These people can't do that. Or refuse to, if they can do it. Fairly regularly my mail gets misdelivered to someone else, and I often get mail that was supposed to be delivered to some other address. Packages are often claimed to have been delivered at my house (when tracked), when they definitely haven't been. I try to call to get things worked out and no one answers the phone. Absolutely awful service. I wish I had another option for regular mail.

Poor service I’ve had multiple packages from china that went missing in my apartment complex (I spoke to like 5 different people including the postmaster about my missing packages and they never did anything about it they couldn’t even update the system so I can get my money back from eBay smh). According to my neighbors the mail man just drops off packages by the mailboxes instead of putting the packages inside the mailbox or dropping it off In front of the apartment smh they’re also dropping off the wrong mail from different addresses in my mailbox like in this picture. What kind of service is this?people are expecting their mail smh

Really great service . I think the older man that was working today was literally the only one working . He was really nice and not only that but saved me a couple of bucks .
