Truly one of the worst USPS locations I've ever been to. Staff are unhelpful and rude. When you don't know how to do something, there response is "that's why we post signs." The station is in utter disrepair - the "mailbox" inside the station is a broken down, tapped- up-to-the-heavens cardboard box. The station is littered with signage and the employees cannot be bothered.
Save yourself hassle and go to a FedEx or UPS location.

Good location near mass transit so easy to get to. Nice helpful post office staff. A full service facility so I just don’t understand why those negative reviews.

Luckily I heard this location will be getting closed down soon if they don't start scanning packages on time. A large group of people are gonna get the current employees replaced.

Located in the heart of downtown, easy to access for walking locals. There’s minimal street parking out front.
Giving this place a 5 star review because USPS needs our support and they have not received much support from the government to stay in operation.
The place is clean for downtown standards. You can sign up for a post box here to receive your mail.
You can tell they are an integral part of the community and they do their best.
Easy to drop off packages especially if you are label-ready. I recommend printing your labels beforehand via ShipStation or Click-N-Ship. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I DELIVERED MY CUSTOMER'S PACKAGE TO THIS LOCATION MY CUSTOMER PAID FOR NEXT-DAY AIR. THEY NEVER SCANNED THE PACKAGE WHEN I HAD DROPPED IT OFF!!! PLEASE BE SURE TO AVOID THIS LOCATION THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. THEY NEGLECTED THEIR WRONGDOING AND DID NOT GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS AFTER I PROVIDED PROOF OF SHIPMENT AND TRACKING # THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY

These people don’t help at all. Treat you like you’re a nuisance for coming in. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I live next door and I would rather go out of the way than deal with them.

Down town- s spring street postal officeAwful place. When you enter it is like you’re in a horror movie. The lady at the counter is an uncultivated person. Rude and unreal. If she was just cold but determined to do her job everything would be OK, but no she is there to make you feel awful and awkward. And we are talking about USPS in downtown Los Angeles. Everything was like it was from another planet, so far from West Hollywood or even Hollywood.

Black Lady that works there is unprofessional, rude. Unhelpful, gives 0 instructions and will make fun of you to the crowd waiting behind you if you don’t know how to mail an envelope or a box.
