This place is ridiculous. There is one small window outside with one woman working it. If your package doesn't fit through the window, it will take them almost 30 minutes to bring it out to you?! What the hell is that about? Hire more people, forcing to people to wait in the sun with 0 urgency on the employees part is completely unacceptable

Consistently disappointed with USPS's delivery service. Packages go missing, delivery attempts are falsely marked without any actual attempt made, and contacting them over the phone feels like navigating a maze. However, amidst the chaos, there's a silver lining - the kind lady at the counter and Maria from the office were incredibly helpful in tracking down my elusive package. Unfortunately, this recurring issue with lost deliveries overshadows the positive experiences.

if i could give negative stars i would. twice i had problems with this annex. came to pick up, had to wait 45 min for someone to come to this super sketchy window. I had to hit the intercom for the employees only gate for someone to come. This annex was also responsible for delivering a package to me, but it never arrived even though the tracking said it was "delivered to an individual". It was sent to my office, so i asked the shipping manager and he told me there's no record of ever receiving anything from that sender. I tried to report this on the USPS website and it took me to an "investigation team" that literally did nothing to help.looks like usps needs a lot of help in improving their service. There are a number of issues to with the automated voice when you call the post office, because no actual person ever picks up the phone there. the website to submit a missing package is also very dysfunctional. i wish amazon just took over the usps, or fedex or some other more functioning shipping service.

I got a notice that it will be ready for pick up today and waited 50 mins in line. Only to be told by the attendant that they will try to redeliver today. Just wasted my time ?

Update 3/18/23: after a lot of effort, we got all the delivery issues worked out for the building. Everything is arriving okay now. They still don't answer the phone though, you have to go in person and wait at that window.Update, 2/6/23: ANSWER THE PHONE
