Cool spot to come to and hang out at. It is mostly college kids here with a few regulars. The Trader Joe's and the Target are a great addition. There's some pretty decent eating spots here. The validate parking for 2 hours. You can get some parking on the street but the structure is good. Plenty of spaces. I don't mind coming by here especially for the Trader Joe's

Been here a few times. So many college kids double parking or parking like selfish fools all over this placeParking enforcement checking every meter. Ready to give u a ticketSo many usc kids staring at their phones ? living in the metaverse. Not looking as they cross the street and riding their bikes or scooters on the sidewalkAnd the homeless....So many in this area.I do my shopping and get my coffee ☕ elsewhere4 visits to this place is enough3 too many

Yesterday was such a fun time, they had an soulful noise festival and it was really nice. The campus itself is nice. They have plenty food for people to choose from. We went to check out the music and it was very soothing day.

When first built for USC community and this living nearby this was a welcome addition. Bringing Trader Joe's and target to communities that had to drive for up to 30 minutes to shop for essentials. Today, it was sad to see how poorly the place is monitored and maintained. Some one left dog excrement at one of the elevators. When this was pointed out, the attitude was I work for Trader Joe's as if the inside of the store is not effected by the presence of foul smelling nasty dog poop. So some one solved the problem by covering it up with paper towels. See pic below. I could barely shop I was so upset and sickened not only by the doggy doo but the attitude of those who work where food is sold. Get it together USC Village. Everyone working there should feel a responsibility to the entire facility. I won't be back.

Be careful! Visitors, if you park there bit longer, they will charge you $30! And no way to complain! Shame on this SC, no price list no notice, we parked 3 hours, we had brunch there and didn’t know about validation, $30 when existed.3 hours means a day in SC.

Plenty of restaurants with outdoor seating, Trader Joe's, Target, Amazon lockers and misc stores. Parking is available underground for $5 an hour and first two hours are free with validation.

I love it here. The campus is flat and there are many spaced out chairs and tables.

Super shopping area close to USC with a great vibe. Check out CAVA for a great salad bowl, mine was delicious.

The USC Village is a USC-owned community center with student housing and various restaurants/retail stores.A lively hotspot for students and the South Central Community, definitely check out the USC Village if you're visiting the school/area!
