I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Trojans Brass Shield License Plate Frame that my husband and I purchased less than a year ago. As proud alumni of the University of Southern California (USC), we were excited to showcase our Trojan spirit through this product. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory.To our dismay, the license plate frame has shown significant signs of discoloration within this short span of time, which is unacceptable given its recent purchase.

5 Stars***** # 19 Review for 2024 # 440 Review All-time My recent visit to the University of Southern California bookstore was an overall fantastic experience. The store boasts a beautiful space and an extensive collection of merchandise, particularly impressive fan gear for various sports, especially football. Everything from amenities to competitive prices made it a great shopping stop. However, for art supplies, it's a bit limited compared to specialty stores like Blicks. If you're seeking specific art materials, I'd recommend checking out dedicated art supply shops. Nevertheless, for everything else, this store is a gem. Great selection, decent prices, and a one-stop-shop for a range of university-related items.

Quality of clothes are good but they are overpriced. The return policy is limited compared to other companies like Amazon. If you order something online, its impossible to get someone on the phone to discuss the order. I've had better service and return policies at Best Buy... Bottom line: order your trojan gear on amazon

Beautiful three-level bookstore on campus where you can find almost anything from pens to Swarovski USC helmet to computers. If you are visiting USC, I recommend checking this store out.

It was good but the problem is they are not excepting cash and I spent my whole time looking for things that I want just for them to tell me that they don’t except cash. There should have been a sign or something before I wasted my time. I like the store and everything but there should have been a sign.

No refunds on the custom shirts. I did not get what I ordered -literally looking at what i ordered and it does not match what i received- and they still wont let me return it. Fifty bux for a shirt that looks like i bought it in an alley or parking lot

Stopped by on Friday, 02/17/23. My boyfriend graduated from USC (undergrad) and is in need of a car license plate frame. His old one is very dirty and the 'USC' wording is gone. We both finally had the time and opportunity to visit USC while stopping by the bookstore to get his goodies:- 1 USC Alumni License Plate ($42.95)- 1 USC lanyard (5.95)There's actually 4 levels inside this bookstore, so if you're looking for authentic USC gear then this is the place!

Terrible experience in the apple store of USC bookstore. I bought an AirPods Pro in September and it was out of stock. So I paid the money and they said they would send me an email when it’s back to store. It appeared that after 2-3 months’ waiting, they still didn’t send me any emails and the new generation of AirPods Pro had come. When I went to the store today to talk to the manager Min Yoo, he said they only do customer services due to paper receipts. But who would keep the paper for 4 months? So I asked if they had my purchase records and seeked for other ways to deal with my problem. However, the only thing Min did was indicating we were telling lies and we were going to cheat. He spent half an hour to teach me how I should behave but never gave us the solution of our problem. He didn’t search for our purchase record until another customer reminded us that the electronic record should be available. As the manager, he should know that he can get the records, but he just behaved very unprofessionally and purposely made difficulties for us. We wasted a lot of time there and finally got our refund. So why didn’t him provide the solutions and give us the refund at the first time?BTW, as I was offended by his words which indicated I was cheating and that I was rude, I told him not to teach me lessons. I said only my father and teachers can teach me. He remembered that and said when we were leaving ‘if only your father can teach you, why do you come to college?’Everyone can teach me except unprofessional idiots.
