I took my GTS to this hand wash for a wash and was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided.
Owner did a great job and made sure to note any concerns and paid attention to every detail, from the wheels to the windows, and even took the time to dry my car off by hand to ensure there were no water spots
Great customer service. Quick communication.
Overall, I would highly recommend USA DETAIL to anyone looking for a great car wash experience in LA

I came here, washed my car and polished it, their employee broke the cigarette lighter cover and I gave them the money and they refused to fix it or replace the broken one with a whole one. I will not come here again, the manager is very rude and the employees when I approached with this problem, they started arguing with me. They behaved very aggressively and I left with nothing. Their excuse is that the car is old and not new, so according to them, something can be broken.

Be careful with these people I went there in September and then they put alternator in really bad condition and they didn’t wanna do the job again so just don’t trust Bank don’t go to this place they put part in really bad condition Don’t throw Jumani to the garbage they are not people who you can trust

Highly recommend getting your car cleaned here. Not only were they able to do it quickly AND efficiently (seriously the car looked years newer after they finished), but they also gave great service in providing protective sheets for our stroller and working with us to be flexible. It was pure magic. (You’ll get why that’s funny when you go! )

We got a full car wash with interior and exterior wash and our car was the cleanest it has ever looked! The place is open until 8 pm unlike any other in the area, and the people who own and work here are so thoughtful and friendly. Francisco, the guy who washed our car, even offered for us to come back the next morning in case he missed anything since it is harder to see at night. The prices are very reasonable for the service - we found our new regular spot!
