The facility is super clean and up to date, the staff (Julio!) is incredibly accommodating and informative. The initial leasing process was a breeze. I feel comfortable storing my items at this location knowing they have a good security system and fantastic staff.

nice facility but they debited me double my rent this month. still not resolved after multiple conversations. they're chalking it up to a "system glitch." maybe save yourself a headache?

We stopped by today just for pricing, upon are arrival we were greeted by an extremely knowledgeable and polite gentleman by the name of Alexander. Mind you there was no pressure of any kind, he let us make the decisions! He kindly answered all questions and showed us the unit we were interested in. To our delight the pricing he gave us was fantastic we will be changing our storage location to US storage within the next couple of weeks! You have to check this place out for all your storage needs. Clean, easy access, great hours and fantastic customer service! Thanks Alexander for restoring my faith that there are still caring people in the world still! Give this man at least a pat on the back for his customer service skills and a little extra money would be appreciated as well! He’s truly worth it! Be hearing from us very shortly! Thanks again! D. Best storage facility I’ve seen in LA - Cleanest too!Really lucked out when I met JASMINE who couldn’t have been nicer and provided Excellent customer service making the entire process very easy & quick!!I’ve done this a few times & seriously this was the BEST experience by far! Plenty of access & it looks very secure. No drywall.Jasmine patiently showed me around the facility & some great options. Hard to find a business today that focuses on great customer service! Clean & well organized. I selected a first floor unit to make it easier- & happy it has an enclosed ceiling. Also got a great rate - it beats PS in every aspect!

Demetria and Jasmin were WONDERFUL in assisting me in selecting and leasing a storage unit. There are many storage companies to select from in this area, but customer service goes a long way. The units are very nice too. A+!

Great storage facility. Not open on holidays and late at night but we knew that going into the agreement. Never had a hard time finding parking.

US STORAGE REVIEWDishonest at best. Negligent at worst.**Let me start by saying, a likely reason why this place has so many 5-star reviews (which is part of why I chose this facility) is because they pressure you into giving them a 5-star review on Google when you first sign up. When I showed up to sign my paper work the manager pressured me to leave them a good review minutes after signing the contract. I scanned the QR code but didn't leave a review because it felt weird to give someone a 5-star rating without having any real experience with them. So, I didn't give them a review. When I came back a few minutes later to get a cart to start moving things, the manager again pressured me into the 5-star review. "You didn't leave a review yet," he said. I told him that I'd get to it eventually, but knew I wanted to wait until the end of my agreement with them to give them my review. Now, with all the bad experiences I've had with them, I'm glad I didn't allow myself to be pressured into giving what would otherwise be an untrue rating/review.**I really wanted to like this place. When I first signed my contract for a storage unit the staff was very friendly and kind. I almost immediately connected with Julio, the manager, over our shared love for Marvel after I noticed his comic book suspenders. Sadly, as time went on the staff became less warm and eventually started to prioritize anyone new who walked in the door over me, which obviously didn't make me feel like a valued paying customer.The biggest thing worth noting is that I went to the office several times and talked with several people (including the manager) to ask if I could pay prorated rent because the new apartment I signed a lease for wouldn't be available to me until August 7th. I told them I was more than happy to pay for the first week of August and any applicable fees in order to make that happen and I was told "sorry our policy is we will only prorate for 5 days. If you stay longer than that you have to pay the whole month." I was admittedly a bit annoyed and looked into other options to see if there was a good way to save the money so that I didn't have to pay for the 24 days I wouldn't even be using the storage unit, but eventually decided it made more since to just bite the bullet and pay for the whole month. I told them I intended to move out on August 7th and they even had me sign paper work stating my intention to leave.Enter August 7th, I took the day off work and hired a crew to help me move. When I showed up, nearly the entire building was shut down (including the area my unit was located in). After finding multiple entrances roped off and locked up, I went to the office to ask what was going on only to find the one person who was working that day getting ready to leave at 11:15 AM. He told me the building was shut down for painting and that I wouldn't be able to access my unit that day and likely the next. He cited an email that was sent out back in early mid-June. The email said, painting taking place on June 26th but that "during this time you will have access to your storage unit as normal." Yet, I showed up almost a month and a half later to move out on the exact day that I'd informed them I'd be vacating the unit and they told me I couldn't get access. I told them about how I'd asked to be prorated and inquired if they'd give me a discount for the trouble because all of this is documented on paper and the guy in the office said, "sorry the system locks us out." I'll give him credit that he said he'd call his supervisor and then call me back. He did call about 20 min later but said, "sorry there's nothing we can do." So, not only did I have to pay for the entire month of August that I don't even need most of, but I also lost a days pay from taking off work, lost money on what would of been a helpful moving crew, and lost the time spent sorting out these oversights by US Storage and their employ
