The people that work there are coo. This isnt a rating of them, I’m not judging them I’m sure they all are respectful and professional. I just wanna make a complaint more so for who ever is in charge of this location. The atm sucks, been goin here for 10 years, most the times the atm loads at the rate of a sega genesis bought from a swap meet in 1984 that only plays bootleg games from shenzhen. But now theyve updated the machine, i guess i cant have it both ways. The new “improved” and updated atm machine straight up stole $400 from me during a cash deposit with no warning and me entering the bills in crisp and straight and right side up and removed of crinkles and folds. Only 4 bills even tho it says u can put up to 20 or 30 bills at a time. It malfunctioned with simply 4 bills, then said “you’re transaction will not be processed” n spat out a receipt that basically said tough S buddy, better luck next time” I called the bank n basically they gotta go thru all these legal papers and fraud departments and 45 day long waits and bla bla. Like yo, just unlock the machine and give me my money back n let me take it to a real person not some machine a dude in silverlake made inbetween his reddit scrolling ????

Everyone that works at this location is very personable and sincere. We laugh every visit and I see them treating other customers with the same kindness. I only go to this location.

The manager (Jannet) and staff (Christian) are both very knowledgeable and friendly. They have taken the time to answer all my questions and set up my accounts exactly the way I need. They are proactive in following up all aspects of my complex personal and business banking issues (including accounts with multiple authorized signers in several different locations). No other bank I have been to has been able to take care of my needs as well as these fine people have done. I would give you more than five stars if I could!

This branch is worst of all the branches I ever visited. This morning I went there to get a duplicate deposit receipt since I lost the original. They told me to wait few minutes then will take care. Every few minutes they kept giving different excuses and every time promise to print out in a few minutes even at one point they told me vacates the chair and wait in standing which I felt a big blow on me.At that time I was the only customer and another chair was empty.75 minutes later they told me they can’t help me. My question why all this time they were telling me that they will print the receipt. Please check today’s video from 11am to 12:15 pm

US Bank literally will take advantage of you! they won't even cash a check that is from them selves unless you pay $7. Why would they charge you if the check is theres? They have closed accounts on many people that I know of, for apparently violation on terms and agreements, "a complete lie im sure of it". Anyway, this is a big bank and completely 2 faced to clients/customers. Please bank with someother bank! Mabe a credit union!

Had to go to a new location because all the us banks in my area are closed. Usually don't expect much from a bank teller but Stephen had a good attitude and helped me out with everything I needed.

I never thought I'd have to write a review on us bank, but here I am. I wish there was a "zero" star option, but there is not so I am giving it a one. There used to be this one manager above this 'Annie Koh" persona at the Westchester branch, CA branch who was very good but then he finally moved on (lucky him). I am glad he figured it out in time. But of course, we are left with managers plus managers of managers that promise to call back, email back, etc., but never do. And when you ask for their help to resolve issues created by them, of course they do nothing but gaslight and ignore you. As verified by people who used to work there and moved on to bigger and better things, after they heard what I had to say, many remarked as "yep, sounds like they still have not changed". Not only is this ironic that we are the ones entrusting them with our money and time, but they are also flat out unethical and untrustworthy, and just plain disrespectful, while they get paid to service us. One of the many examples is that they'll ignore you and cut you off saying theyre "too busy", but when they are good and ready to call you (if they even do), they'll expect you to have nothing else better to do in your life except for sitting around 24/7 waiting for them to call if and whenever they feel like it. At the very least, they make empty promises to you and don't deliver. After much trial and energy expenditure on my end to account for the way they wasted of me, I moved on to some better places. Make no mistake, the wicked's day of reckoning will come eventually, but until then, don't do business with these folks. Find better that is out there. Steer away from big banks. You all have the right to know the truth about such ethics from a bad business. Definitely- GO TO ANOTHER BANK ENTIRELY.

I've been banking with us bank since 2010, and let me just say, Christian provided excellent customer service. Now a days, it's hard to find individuals who are committed to their company's core values. Christian is a true example of what the company believes in and is always willing to lend a hand, regardless the issue.

This review is not about this particular branch, but is about the online bill pay system. I have on too many occasions had problems with US Bank's online bill pay system. The problems have occurred over the last 8 years. For some reason, US Bank seems to have a problem paying my DMV registration. I get the notice from the DMV months prior to the registration deadline and I schedule the payment upon receipt of the notice. I have three vehicles for which I make payments this way, and too often US Bank has failed to send the payment to the DMV then instead of getting registration tags from the DMV I get notices of missing registration and tacked on fees for not meeting the deadline. Upon receiving the lack of registration notice from the DMV, I go to online banking only to find that the payment says "sent." When I speak to a representative however, they tell me that they were able to "dig deeper," and have found that the payment was not sent! Dig deeper? The representative apologizes and then lets me know that they will provide me, and the DMV directly, with a letter stating that I had properly scheduled my registration and that it was the bank's error. This has happened at least 4 times in the last 6 years. All the while I'm driving around with this letter and hoping not to get a ticket. Once I actually did and had to mail the US Bank letter to the City, that still charged me $10.00 for no tags. Just recently I have had another problem with US Bank's bill pay. First, for some reason my online personal login shows my business account. Very strange! The problem is that I've been scheduling bills to be paid out of one account, and the bill pay system has been randomly paying my bills out of other accounts! When this happens I'm hit with overdraft fees and extended overdraft fees! I went directly to the bank about this and the banker confirmed out of which account the bills were scheduled to be paid. Then the banker with whom I sat in-person called US Bank's 800 number and spoke with a US Bank representative. Both of us were told that they were able to "dig deeper" and discovered that another account was set as the default and that is the account out of which the payment would come. What!!!! Both the in-person banker with whom I sat and I were floored. What do you mean "dig deeper?' Whatever account I choose and see in the online banking portion of the site, is from what account it should come. There should be no digging deeper. This 800 number banker said that as if it made sense. Yeah, nonsense. And to top it off the phone representative went on to say that he did not know if he'd be able to reverse the fees. Are you kidding me? The fees were reversed, but honestly, I cannot understand how a banking institution of this magnitude could have such and epic fail.

Yikes. Only 4 days after posting my glowing review, I have to retract my statement. I am downgrading my review for reasons that I won't disclose over the internet for the sake of my privacy.

Every time I come into this branch it takes 3x as long as any other branch. The employees just don’t seem to have the knowledge and experience as other branches.

Easy to access ATM or counter. Beautiful store and perfect for rest stops. Restrooms are in the back of the store if you need. Just go down aisle 9-but you’ll need to ask someone who works there for the codes for men or women’s.
