I visited to withdraw my U.S.Bank Focus card.The lady in charge said she didn't have any money left.Even though I say that can't be true, I keep repeating myself.When I went to another branch, there was still a balance.In America, there are things that can't be done or not depending on the branch.If you look at Japanese banks, you'll be disappointed.The troublesome part is that you might be able to do it by changing branches.If it's a common transaction, it's fine here, and that's probably why people give it 5 stars.Those who wish to conduct other transactions should assume that this branch does not exist.

Got scammened while someone stranger accomplished a wire transfer and the bank released 10K from my account without my permission without refunding it. Since i was advised on my phone from US Bank immediately, i called in to the bank and visited my Service center to insure the money will not go trough. First: I don't do online banking, wire transfer, nether i wrote ever a check from this particular account. However US Bank allowed the scammer while i was on the phone with them to take my money. The scam came from Houston Texas and i am in California. As US Bank PROMISED my money is safe in their possession i must say it is not. This was not the first time it happened, i lost other amounts with them, but smaller. Really bad is that there is no negotiation available with the true person in the claim department. They denied the money and claimed i acknowledged the transaction. No names are available or where the money went to.

The worst bank that is not on the consumers side. Go bank with Wells Fargo. Their customer service is unparalleled. This bank is the hole in the wall of banks.

Courtney and Ivan at this location illegally withheld my official state identification from me. While Ivan kept my ID and refused to give it back to me when I asked (highly illegal), Courtney threatened me with implied violence . Her direct quote is that "corporate security would take care of me". I immediately called the police, and LAPD informed them that they were breaking the law, and made them give me back my ID , of course. I see why this location is sitting at 2 stars on here. Highly Recommend another bank

We have a very nice and positive experience with this branch. I seldom write reviews but I just want to express how we appreciate the great customer service of bank client consultant Ethan Hansen. He is very courteous and excellent in servicing us with our bank transactions that day. Also the other manager and staff looks very friendly and overall we love our first time experience going to this branch. This will be our bank branch from now on. Highly recommended!

I've opened two accounts at this location and my experience has been great both times. Schuyler has helped me most recently and his customer service is top notch!There is metered parking on Fairfax just outside and the Grove and Farmers Market are across the street.

Had safety deposit box in this location I went to close it on the day before the due date. They forgot to send me a bill and never been sent out when I went to close it . They told me I owe 76 dollar form last year I have paid for the two invoices I receive from them and I told the person in the bank. And he said I can close it till u pay and I brought all my mail from them for the years to show that I never received that bill even I have got the ones before. He got nasty and basically took my money even it was their fault for not sending or mailing the bill to me. I won't recommend this bank at all to anyone. It seems like the hustle you for you money. Absolutely disappointing . I have to pay for their staff mistake

My mother, a longtime US Bank customer, wrote a check that was intercepted, "washed", and someone tried to use it at this branch. One of the cashiers (Caroline I think) caught the fraud, refused to cash it, and called my mom to verify the fraud and block the check. She was very patient in explaining the situation to my mom. Thank you!

Worst bank in history of AmericaI sold a car took my money orders to go deposit in my accountThey closed my account talking about its fraud and that’s they’re going to investigate it’s been 2 months and I haven’t got my money and all I been getting is bank statements with my balance showing on it and nobody on the phone is helpful and the branch is even worst never ever go to any us bank they’re fraud and they will be sued real soon.

Horrible service. ATM BROKEN. Had to wait over 20 minutes for $100. I could have driven home, search my couch for change and found the money quicker. Wasted my lunch just trying to get a few bucks.
