All of The Tellers & Security Guard are very, very nice & respectful. They are willing to help you out & greet you kindly. But the management is extremely rude, unhelpful & passive aggressive.Specifically the blonde, Hispanic woman.I watched her refuse to help someone before me who had an issue, & then she did the same to me. The condescending & patronizing tone she had was the most aggravating part. Completely unapologetic & seemed as if she couldn’t be bothered to deal with me in the first place.First time I’ve ever spoken with a manager at US Bank. The company, branch, & the lady herself should be embarrassed.Would’ve rated 5 stars otherwise.

I can believe that they can't change me quarters if I have Us Bank sometimes other Banks change me and I am not a customer and my Us Bank they just see you and they tell you they can't get you quarters. The ladies at front don't even go and check if they have some they just tell you NO.

US BANK. Where do I begin. I've never had a visit to this branch take less than 40 mins. It is worse than the post office or DMV. Why have 4 teller windows if there is only ever 1 or very rarely two tellers?!? No such thing as in and out. Its not the tellers fault. There is only one teller here. They cannot go any faster. PLEASE HIRE MORE TELLERS. I will be closing my account because this is all too consistently, entirely too inconvenient. What a joke this is when you all claim to care about customer service. Clearly, you do not.

I had Kenny from this branch help me set up my new business account. The US Bank's internal system and the website has some glitches that affect everyone and need to be fixed, but Kenny, the representative from the Baldwin Hills branch patiently spent close to an hour on the phone patiently addressing the system issue that prevented me from setting up my new account. I appreciated his helpfulness and patience.

If you want to waste your time, this is the place! I had a check with my name and my wife's name on it. I tried to cash it, they said she needs to be here and bring ID. If the teller says they can't just ask for a manager to help. No problem! I go back with my wife and...no...sorry...can't do it. Nope, no manager either. Who knows why that other person lied to you. "You would have to have an account together." Ok well that's annoying but I guess let's just open a joint account. "Oh, for that you'd have to make an appointment." What? Why? Appointment with who? "With me." LOL. We are talking to you right now? Can we do it? How long does it take. "About 30 minutes." Ugh. Ok let's just do it. "Umm yeah you'd need an appointment." When? "Next week." Hahahah what on earth?! We are talking to you right now. You have my account open, both of our IDs, and we are both here right now. Before we came in, you were just standing there doing nothing. We took the check to my wife's bank and cashed it immediately. This single experience is pushing me to close my account and go with my wife's bank instead. What a bunch of helpless people. What a complete JOKE.

US Bank and their staff are running around falsely accusing people. BEWARE THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT OVERNIGHT. I woke up this morning to all my accounts being frozen and in process of closure. After a whole day of speaking to customer service, consumer relations, the fraud department, tellers, and the branch manager they told me that my account was being closed due to fraudulent activity and that the cops were going to get involved. Mind you, initially the branch manager thought it was due to drug dealing. Completely ridiculous and embarrassing! Mind you, I've been with them for 6+ years and thought I had established a good relationship. Completely disappointed and I won't be referring anyone to US Bank. They have completely ruined our relationship.

I am a customer for 6 years. First time I am experiencing this. Fee days ago in the atm of this bank I was trying to deposit money through Atm. Atm accepted money and gave me receipt. "Sorry it is an error we can't deposit money and can't return. AND ......" Secondly i called the number on receipt, they said wait till next day, next day they said they see receipt but they need to investigate, they said contact banker, made an appointment on line and no one called! Unfortunately I would not recommend US Bank to anyone since seems like they do not have enough customer service to take care of the customers. Really Unfortunately bad experience.

Came up here to use the ATM real quick but the machine was broken and it stole my ATM card. I had to then wait 30 minutes in line to get some help. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get my card back to me. All of this could've been avoided if they would just put a sign on the ATM stating that it doesn't work. I'm really disappointed with this branch. Very lackadaisical attitude from the customer service agent behind the plexiglass. Whoever is managing this branch is falling asleep at the wheel.

You want your money without issues don't bank with them!!! Damn I should've read the comment before I opened a account with this horrible a** shitty a** bank they by far the worst bank to bank with I wouldn't recommend this bank at any location be it in a city, state, or country to anyone ever. Oh the bank Managers Jacqueline Zetino and Keith (black old guy) are not helpful at all, they lie, their both rude as hell especially Keith and they sit there and act as if they giving you money from they personal account I asked what's the problem Jacqueline Zetino made a hundred excuses as to why I can't access my money then she kept mentioning back/upper management was the problem I requested to speak with them she had an excuse for why I couldn't speak with them then to make it worse Jacqueline Zetino tells me to call customer service when she know damn it was them at the branch because I called customer service and they said the branch was the problem then she had the audacity to tell they didn't say that this went on for about a week all this is happening while this bank has my account frozen just holding my money (I personally think they trying money) then today they tell me oh we closing your account then rude a** Manager Keith( Black Old Guy) brings a booklet from the back throws it at me then say we can close any account for any reason we want and we'll send you check in the mail when we want too like really. #FuckUSBank #Don'tUseUSBank #IHateThisBank #WorstBank #HorribleEmployees #RudeAssManagement

Omg the absolute worst!!! I came in the branch at about 4:15 to speak to a banker about opening a new account they took my name an told me to have a seat after about 15 minutes of waiting the security guard told me they are closing soon I said not until 5 correct then she walked away now it's approaching 4:38 exactly an someone else comes up to me an states I should've came in at 4 to open an account I am now extremely agitated at this point bc this would not have been my first time opening an account so I know it does not take that long however after waiting over 30 minutes I was told to come back tomorrow before 4 to open an account so now Im furious for several reasons but one in particular when I first walked in they should've told me they wouldn't be able to help me instead of me waiting over 30 minutes an even after they told me to leave it was still a huge line inside.... I would never come back an I would hope if you really need to go just take a short drive to the Crenshaw location customer service is definitely better.

Excellent Staffing Services, all cashier windows open during customer rush and greet customers with good neighbor feeling. All compared to the history of banking institutions.
