I’m going to call him the Indian teller because I do not know his name he idiotically put in the wrong amount to draw from my account and after that I was unable to withdraw money from my account and had to go to the main branch at another location just because he was an idiot and put the wrong amount in! Then had an attitude and kind of just rushed me like he had to get to the next person, had the nerve to say you can go to another location. I really don’t like his attitude it sucks maybe he should go work in Artesia with his own people who are equally as rude on a daily basis.

I have been banking with U S Bank for about two decades, and I have never had a problem, and my count has always been correct.The best bank in the country.

Severely understaffed. 5 people in line and one bank teller who left on lunch and left everyone else waiting until the other person arrived.Their only option was to use the atm even though we all had issues that needed a teller. Why even open if you don't have a staff?

Firstly I will never use this bank again. I have had an account with them for years. They keep allowing businesses to take money out my account. Accounts are not Secure. They will charge you alot of fees for mistakes they make. They prey on the poor. Please beware of this bank. I had my account for 4 years and i will be closing it as soon everything settles. You will better off with Wells Fargo and they scam people. Us bank is a real life scam. No Currency exchange. Do not sign up for any products you will regret doing business with them. Us bank Over draft protection is a scam to extort money from consumers. You have been warned your money is not safe with US bank. Please try Navy Federal or credit unions. 0 stars for customer service

Us Bank are nothing more than thief’s I withdrew $500 from the ATM it only gave me 180 back. I went inside to speak with an employee. Because I bank with a different branch he said I need to contact my bank and it can take 10+ days to be corrected. The employee said it happens all the time. Why won’t they put it out of service if it happens all the time. When I left the same thing happen to 2 more people. Stay away from this Branch

Best bank service ever! Martha and her people were great. They took the time to schedule me in that day to open a Coogan account for my son. Mind you... I went to several different banks & branches prior to calling here and absolutely none, made an attempt to help me out. I'm so appreciative and thankful! you guys saved my day! I bank with BofA, and they were the reason I was in this rut in the first place. Definitely need to change my bank!

Martha Jackson WOW US Bank you have a person like her representing your company? This lady is rude and it seems like she's the CEO of the company. I worked for US Bank, and would have been terminated for something less than her talking to customers rudely, and hanging up when people calls for her title. She needs to be terminated.

I entered this bank around three thirty on Jan. 4,2021 to make a withdrawal. I sat down to rest my injured leg while retrieving my debit card from my wallet before going up to the teller window. The manager, Martha Jackson came charging up on me out of the back while I was seated and demanded if she could "help" me twice before I could even answer her first request and figure out who she was. I held up my debit card and told her I needed to make a withdrawal. She then said "we are not doing withdrawals today, " no explanation,, no apologies for the lack of service. I had to ask her why and she rudely said "our system is down." She was so rude and terse that she acted like I was some broke homeless trespasser dirtying up her lobby. She needs to climb down from her arrogant, overdressed persona and realize she is there to service customers, not condescend to them. There is more to servicing a community than painting a mural on the wall. I went across the street to the new Wells Fargo where I was treated properly. You should too.
