US Bank has processes designed to exploit customers. Instead of renewing a CD and continuing with the favorable market rate I had been receiving, I was informed that the renewed CD would yield a measly interest rate of just above zero percent (0.05%). It would be locked in for 6 months, and If I choose to withdrawal my funds, I would be subject to a significant penalty. Do not TRUST US Bank!

So awful they put a hold on account of mine and moved me around to 14 differnt people and in the end told me I had to go into the bank. It is madness 3 hours of my life to achieve nothing. GO SOOMEWERE ELSE. This is so insane

They opened a credit card for me illegally. They said they just need a couple of information i.e. annual income, address and title at work to update my information. Next thing I know a credit card was approved under my name which I never - explicitly or implicitly given consent. That was just horrible. Be careful because they might be stealing your data as well! I'm now calling their manager and filing a complaint and closing the credit card.

The US Bank branch in Van Nuys is terrible. I was told I could come in after lunch and Anna would gladly provide the signature medallion I needed. I called the branch to let them know I was on my way there, and was on Hold or the VM MerryGoRound for the full 20 minute drive. I was finally transferred to Anna just as I arrived at the bank. She told me she was too busy to provide the service, even after I reminded her it was her colleague who instructed me to come in. She repeated she was too busy to help me. I was a Union Bank account holder for many years before they merged with US Bank. I was never treated with disrespect by anyone at Union Bank. US Bank has not earned my business.

Great bank. Have great service and reliability. I have been using US Bank for banking services for a few years now and am very satisfied with how quickly they take care of you and the quality of service you receive. They have helped me with overdraft protection, and identity theft, a wonderful bank indeed! I have always had successful troubleshooting with all their services.

Don't come to this bank. We came to this bank for a 9am appointment and we're told that the person who opens accounts was running late. We went to move the car in the meantime. Once we came back we met Thet. We sat down and started taking about the process and how to open the account The moment my mom showed her Mexican ID, we noticed her behavior changed. Yes, we understand every bank has their rules. But we felt discriminated and every time we asked a questions, Thet was very rude and we sensed that she didn't want to help. We will be opening our accounts elsewhere.

This place is under staffed, prepare to wait in line for a long time, the non teller employees don’t even bother to help anyone. Terrible representation of the US Bank brand.

Unresponsive. I have to follow up several times in order for someone to respond to me. I have also sent them the same information multiple times and they never put it on file. They tried to charge me for a fee, and when I asked for the terms and conditions/disclosure information, they told me to just Google it instead of sending it to me. I was unable to find the information online and called the 1-800 number. 1-800 told me to just go to a different branch.

I was there twice tried to open bank account. I had a bad experience with Thet twice. She's very very rude. I'm changing my mind to open some where else. Bye monster

I was the only customer in the branch, and it took 14 min for Norma to find what the Routing number is for US Bank............ ??? Only after I provided her with the routing number was she able to complete my transaction.
