The computer systems were down and had to wait for attendant even with an appointment, if the system weren’t down, she still would’ve been late for the appointment. She opened my account for the wrong dollar amount and just swiped all of my money without giving me change….and she kept insisting that I liked Italian food.

I was trying to get information for the IRS, and no one could assist me until B. Gibbs. She sat me down and explained everything she was doing. End result: Miss Gibbs found me what I need. Thank You Miss Gibbs!

I've been a USBank client for about 7yrs and this has been my home branch for a couple of years now. It's sad to read some of these unfortunate reviews but I have to say my experience was the opposite and this bank has made tremendous progress. In the past couple of years, Usbank has done a major overhaul on their website and is one of the best client friendly websites out there. And just like their online presence, their in person branch office are also continuing to improve esp. with their customer service. Manager Stella and associate Avo went above and beyond for me with my banking issues which they resolved diligently within the same day. I am grateful for their team. Diane is professional and friendly. Also shout out to the security guard who is nice and super courteous. Thank you, it's a pleasure to continue to be a loyal customer.

The tellers took forever to wait on the customers the tall Mexican man allowed multiple people to cut the already out the door line it's a nightmare everything I come in here the tellers are very rude and impatient

Small parking lot. Exit is near the Starbucks entrance. One person behind counter handling a patron in front of them, while telling others who just walk in to where to go.

I do not recommend anyone bank here, the staff is rude and has support in being rude by their manger.*Edited in order to add that after reading reviews about this bank and it's rude staff, it comes at no surprise that I also experienced deplorable customer service. Whomever is replying to our reviews isn't taking any of these grievances seriously due to many of the negative reviews being posted years ago, yet Stella is still employed by US BANK and is allowed to keep a negative environment for US BANK customers.

Clearly, this branch should reprimand all employees except Security Guard who was nice. I felt like calling the police on the staff for stealing my money! They need a complete banking course and customer service course. All I wanted to do was transfer money into a new account. Simple. Except here.Told me "They don't want my business." Fine.

Forget us bank main number. And all national banks, for that matter. Most of them don't care about customer satisfaction. But, having a personal branch within the giant banking system makes a world of difference, especially if it is this branch!. I cannot be more grateful to have a small group of friendly and professional bankers that is supportive of my small business! Feels like a small credit union. Within their ability, they go out of the way to help me. I've been with this Branch since 2009 and will never change. Personalized service is extremely rare in this automated world. It's something money cannot buy. If you find a bank branch that offers it, stick with it.

Walked into this branch because US Bank won't let you change your address on your account online. When I enter, I am the only one in line and three employees are behind the teller line. Two are talking to one another, and the other one is staring at her computer. After a few beats, one teller waves me over. I explain that I need to change my address, and so she asks for my name, ID, etc. After a minute or so, she says something about my personal account, and I explain I don't have a personal account, only a business account. She says, "Why didn't you tell me?" Anyway, after her telling me I should do her job for her, she says it's complete. A couple of weeks later, I am on the app and I see my old address is still there. I call customer service, only to be told I have to go into the branch AGAIN because they didn't update it properly. Total waste of time.

Not a big fan of understaffed businesses that use the excuse “No one wants to work”. Of course no one wants to work part time for little pay with no benefits while other employers are offering so much more. Pay and respect your employees better or watch your business lose to competitors!
